great substitute for a failed original
I got this to replace a charger that stopped working. Worked like a charm. Will drive most HPs with the small (blue) plug, but it nicely comes with an adapter to work with bigger (black-rimmed) plugs, Only thing i would add is an led on the box to be able to determine whether its the charger or the computer in the event of another failure, but none of the comparables seem to have one either.

Perfect replacement for my HP power supply for my new Zbook
Wanted a second power supply for my Zbook. This was much cheaper than the OEM one. With 2 months in it is still working great.

Big and May Not Take a Beating, but It Works
"Slim" is a little bit humorous to me; this thing is about 6.5 x 3 x 1. I guess 1 inch thick is thinner than most, but when the length and width are the size of an iPhone 12 Pro Max (almost identical), then that kind of defeats the purpose. The main reason I got this is the only other compatible one I could find is over twice the price. This one is definitely more cheaply made than the my PC's original, so the original will be the travel one (it's also much smaller), and this one will stay put.I've added a picture showing the brick is bigger than an iPhone SE 2020 (same size as 6-8) in a small case.

I bought this for my husband when his power cord stop working. This was a good deal and it works great for his laptop.

It works
I finally got peak performance out of my HP ZBOOK Studio because of this adapter. It's chunkier than the one that came with my laptop, but it's also flatter and wider, making it easier to slip into a laptop bag.

Didn't last two months
I bout this charger to have as a second set up for my laptop at the desk (so I wouldn't have to keep packing/unpacking the charger when going somewhere). Within two months it stopped working. At first I thought it was my laptop, I tested the original charger to be sure and verified it works/charges. Really disappointed with this product.
