MX Stainless Steel Electronic Door Lock for Main Door with Biometric Support Electric Lock (White, Standard Size)

IMO, the lone photo shown in the advertisement listing for this item don't do justice at all. Hence, I have, along with my review, posted 3 photos showing the Lock & all its Accessories received.I found the quality of the lock to be very good including the Electromagnet (Solenoid). The lock's build quality is quite robust and works perfectly. IMO, this lock is very good value for the money paid (Rs.1149) .I am very happy with my purchase. See it for yourself and you be the judge.Just MY personal opinion.P.S. The heading of the Ad is a bit misleading - - It mentions "with Biometric Support". This, IMO, is not true. The lock is a simple electronic lock. All other control features & support like Bio-Metric, Remote Control, RFID, WiFi etc. can be added externally as desired so as to activate the Solenoid by sending a very short pulse of 12 Volt (2 Amp) DC power.

Lock isn’t working. Called number provided on Amazon for help.Following everyday religiously , initial 2 days got response “will update soon” , followed by NO response at all. 5 days as of todayWill follow up here and on their contact number hoping to get some solution 🤞🏽7th and yet no updates.I had bought 2 locks both are not working. Techinician team don’t care to respond.15 days and still waitingApril 22 20251 month and no response from the seller’s technical team. Now I can safely say DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. COMPLETE OF WASTE MONEYI bought 2 locks , both not working.To me it looks like a scam to get rid of their damaged products.Be careful .

This electric lock is working completely fine while I m finding a budget lock which I can operate through a switch from first floor I find very expensive ones but then I find this one this is a best product working very well I m quite impressed in this budget segment this is the best one it is far better than the picture shown by seller it is made of metal and is quite heavy installation is quite complicated but a good carpenter can do easily you can operate it with a switch by providing 9v with a 2ampere adaptorValue for money product I m a genuine buyer and want to help people like me who is finding a budget electric lock I m providing this long review because there is no such proper review is given on this product
