Look great, will update when I have eaten some.
Beautiful cannellinis! Can't find these dried here, and now can't even find them canned. These are cheaper than the canned, even including the shipping. Eating a bit of these helps when my neuropathy flares up. They help regulate blood sugar, and I have read that they help keep carbs from turning straight into sugar when they are eaten with the carbs. They make fabulous hummus and are my favorite bean. I eat them in all kinds of salads as well: Caesar salad is fabulous with them. You can also puree them with a little salt and a few good spices and use them as a 'mayonnaise' on your bread for sandwiches. It's amazing something so tasty can be good for you. I can eat carbs in moderation as long as I have some of these. They came packaged in a sturdy box with an equally sturdy plastic wrapper. They do look as if they have even been presorted, though I will sort them anyway before cooking. Can't WAIT to try these! Will update to let you know how they are.UPDATE: These are spectacular. You don't even need to pre-soak, and they cook up in about an hour. They're creamy, have a wonderful flavor, and beautiful texture. Best beans I have ever eaten, bar none.

Very good quality
These beans are of very good quality. I've found no uglies, no rottens, no dirt, no pebbles. Just good-looking beans.I took 454 g (1 .00 lb) dried beans, soaked them overnight in salted water, drained, then boiled for 60 minutes. After draining, I wound up with 1,028 g cooked beans (2.26 lb). They more than doubled in mass from cooking. They are very creamy and tasty by themselves. Good texture. Much better than canned cannellini beans, and well worth the extra time. A little bit of olive oil and some grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, and you've got a great and easy side. What I don't use for a meal, I freeze. They thaw beautifully when needed. So far I've made "Tuscan Bean Stew" and "White Bean Chicken Chili." Again, so glad I was not using canned. Tonight I'm making "Cannellini Beans with Tomatoes and Sardines."10 pounds is a lot of beans, but they won't go to waste!

Great beans at a great price!
This is my second order of this brand of cannelli beans from this company. Yes, it's a lot of beans but I package them in Food Saver canisters and the beans stayed fresh for the whole 2+ years we used them. They cook up quick, creamy and tasty in the Instant Pot! I make huge batches and freeze in recipe size containers so they're always ready in a moments notice! Much better than canned, if I can find any! Will buy again when I use these up!

Quality beans at a great price
These beans have excellent size and uniformity and they melt like butter in your mouth. With the escalating food prices and the high cost of meat, I can save $, cut down on red meat and eat healthy at the same time. I frequently prepare soup lunches with canellinni beans providing a great source of protein, fiber and complex carbohydrates. They are also a great prepper item; I keep 20 lb. on hand in case of a food emergency.

Even Sized Good Beans
It takes a little more planning to make beans in the instant pot than it does to open a few cans. Not as much planning as back in the days before instant pots - this is about an hour as opposed to all night and then still getting tough peanutty results, but still not as easy as canned. The results are worth it, though. By varying cooking time and liquid, I can get the beans as tender as I need them to be: less tender for salads and for soups I intend to freeze and reheat, more tender for serving them hot. This was the best price I've been able to find on white kidney beans. They are good quality and cook up well. Recommend.

A pandemic purchase that I would buy again post-pandemic
I bought this product after going to several supermarkets and specialty markets in my area back in March and seeing that beans had been ravaged from store shelves. I do like cannellini beans for various purposes, and although ten pounds of dry beans is a lot, I am working my way through them. I have prepared them in multiple ways, as a base for hummus, as an alternative to ceci beans in soups and bean salads, and as an addition to other green or root vegetable salads and pastas. They are very tasty, and at least in my view at least as good as any canned cannellini bean that I have tried. I soak overnight in the fridge, and add salt only in the last few minutes of cooking. You get a bean with a meltingly tender interior and a tender skin as well. Only a small fraction split. Although these were purchased as a bit of an emergency supply, I enjoy them enough that when I have exhausted my current supply, I would have no hesitation ordering these again. I haven't weighed the beans after cooking, but I suspect the weight of cooked beans is 2-3X the dry weight, so even though these may seem expensive, factoring that in, and the fact that they get delivered to your door, they are actually a solid value.

Great, flavorful beans!
I love beans and all legumes, so perhaps I am an 'easy sell'. I cook them often--every kind of white bean. But when it comes to buying individual "cans" of cannellini beans, I hated paying the outrageous grocery store price per can. Since I cook almost all other legumes myself from dried beans, I once again looked to Amazon, for a more reasonable cost, even if I had to buy in bulk. I am happy I did. These cannellinis are shelf stable for a million years, but this box of beans won't last that long in this house! I do soak them for awhile before cooking and I find they cook up in short order. They have great flavor and nice consistency. They don't mush up. I use these for soup, salads, casseroles, plain (with a smattering of butter or olive oil, salt & pepper) or baked beans. The sky's the limit!
