I think you can choose UK size 3.5-8, neon pink or pink.

I’d suggest it would depend on the shoe fabric - I’ve comfortably stretched a leather shoe by about 1/2 to 1 size bigger. I’d be concerned about stretching much further without risk of damaging the shoe

Q: how do you use this on a open back men sandals

To strengthen your sandals, close the straps and insert the stretcher in , then tighten the stretcher ever so slightly , leaving it in for awhile., continue the process until uou have the desired width. Leave over night. It should work. It worked for me, even on light material shows. I do hope this works for hpu. Be patient.

Q: Mine came with no instructions. How do I lengthen? Turning clockwise just makes them wider.

Turning the metal part widens the foot. You need to turn the black plastic part to lengthen them. Make sure the dangly bit is snuggly into the heel first (you need to screw it out along the thread) and then just twist the black knob clockwise till it won't turn any more.
