Works as advertised
It's a pretty durable 6 mil plastic which does have the words "inside" written across the sheet to indicate which side should face down. I didn't see the writing as an issue once it was put up.I have an existing rectangular area garden with a fence connecting to the side of the house so using a more traditional raised metal arch as described in the listing is far from what I ended up with. Mine is more like a tent, with several raised areas. It's thin enough to droop where there are no inside supports but can be made fairly taught at the ends. Doing it the way that I did, I realized there's no way it was going to be tight across the rectangular area, not with a piece that is of this size.As to the temperature aspects, if its sealed well about the perimeter it will likely (my area isn't air tight) hold the temperature several degrees higher long after the sun goes down. During the day expect temperatures to be a good 10 degrees or more warmer inside than outside.Interesting to note - all of the flying bugs that I never notice otherwise in the garden have an affinity for crawling on the inside surface, and usually collecting at the highest points where it has been raised up. It's probably something to do with the way the light refracts through the plastic. It is clearer than standard 6 mil hardware plastic as you can make out things looking through it.Something I thought about ahead of time where I'm using 2x3's to prop it up inside, was to sand down the ends and corners of the wood. The plastic will move with the wind enough to cause friction across these contact points and ultimately begin tearing holes in it. I had some scrap material that wasn't sanded. For my scenario it may give a complete season and then probably get discarded. If the plants get enough sunlight and are protected overall from frost then I may go the more expensive route next year, and install the rigid greenhouse sheets instead.

Quality plastic for greenhouse. I'll buy again
My greenhouse has been hailed on. It finally has some holes from golf ball size hail, but I have patched it. We have strong wind where we live and extreme dry heat. My 4thseason is coming up with this plastic. It was worth every penny.Update: it is a scorching hot summer in 2020 and after using some clear gorilla tape, I have every confidence I might get 2-3 more yrs out of this plastic. Sure beats using a 6ml painters plastic and having to re-skin the greenhouse every 1 or 2 yrs. it would never hold up to UV and our winds like this stuff has. I said it before, it is worth every cent.PS: I bought shade cloth this year and that is another item worth having. I use a long length of pvc I have tied to each of the long edge of the shade cloth. it makes raising and lowering the long sides of the shade cloth a snap. Plants are happier with cloth in unrelenting temps.

Worth the price! Very clear plastic! More than happy!
I bought this particular product because of other reviews stating it was clear and they were not wrong! I am so happy with this product. We just put it up this past weekend and I've been more than impressed with it. There is a small icon on the plastic so you know which side to put inside, very simple. Installing was a process but if you take your time, it'll come out very good! We used grip-rite nails to install the plastic instead of staples, and those worked great. Anxious to see how well the plastic lasts after a few seasons of use. Definitely a great purchase and WELL worth the price, which overall, I think was very reasonable compared to other products I looked at.

Shipping slow but product arrived in good condition
The product shipped from the facility right away but spent almost a week in their general area before it hitched a right out west! Next time I'll purchase from a facility closer to Arizona. As far as the product is concerned: Three of us pulled it over and secured it to our 12' x 25' hoop house using a combination of gorilla tape and tack strips. The expansion and contraction is substantial - much more than I expected but so far it's holding up. We'll see if it lasts through this winter and summer. I'll try to come back and add to my review then.Update: The plastic helped get us through a few nights that dipped down into the low 30's. However, when afternoons started reaching the mid and high 70's the plastic acted like a magnifying glass. One afternoon I entered the hoop house and it reached 110 degrees! I tried rolling up the plastic on the sides but there was just too much heat produced off the plastic. By the end of the first week in February I had to remove it and put my shade cloths back over the hoop house. Granted, we are now getting some unseasonably warm days into the 80's. I just hope we don't have another frost! As far as the plastic, it held up real well even on some pretty windy days. I rolled it up nicely and will reapply it before winter next year.

Great stuff. So happy.
So far so good with this. I looked everywhere because I bought a greenhouse on clearance and when I read reviews on it they said that the plastic stuff that came with the greenhouse was worthless after one season. I didn't want to have to redo the covering, so I purchased this. My greenhouse is 7.5' by 10' and I have plenty left over. This plastic is very thick, but still workable. I have not had any trouble with it. I'll include a picture of the greenhouse we built using this plastic.I did cover my metal frame with pipe foam to protect the plastic from being right on metal which might affect its longevity.I will revise this review if I notice any issues with this plastic long term. Someone said something about writing... yeah, there's some writing on it but not noticeable to have any effect on the enjoyment of my greenhouse.
