the quality of the product is okay compared to price and not exactly value for money.the hand grip is too hard and you need to put something for easy use otherwise give your palm pain.

The media could not be loaded. It's a second hand product never taught amazon is selling this type of product, it's so dusty, repainted and button is not working it got stuck. Functional issue , quality issue. Height adjustment button stuckIt broke the trust what I had with Amazon today.Don't understand how can amazon sell these type of damaged and seconds products

This stick is not opening ie the screw type rollers next to the base
Adjuster screws not opening so the length cannot be adjusted. Please ask the supplier to send me a video on how to open the same. My e mail ID is [email protected]

Sturdy product...highly recommended
Researched various products online and also saw some in a few medical stores before finalizing this for my dad (81 years, heavy set at 120 kgs, 5'11) with some scepticism. Delighted to see the product - solid build, easy to adjust, grips well, great elbow support, stem tilted at a convenient angle for aged users, dad loved it.
