Q: What is the smallest tire diameter the gojack can lift based on how close the two lift bars can be set? as in 13" garden tractor wheels

Not sure I use it on my Corvette which has large tires.

Q: Once I move my car with these jacks is it ok to leave them hooked up all winter or should I at least relieve the pressure on them which would be hard

You should definitely release the Jak once you have moved the vehicle. The focal pressure support points from the Jak rollers on the tires will deform the tires during winter storage. The Jak is very easy to disengage, by reversing the U shaped switch on the Jak. I put the tires onto carpet remnants, but some people will spend the money on tire cradles to prevent flat spotting. In addition, one should over inflate the tires for winter storage, depending on the tire, up to 50 psi. As a result, I have never had any issues with tire flat spotting from winter storage with this technique.

Q: I want to use this to help with car tire rotations. I dont need to move the whole car. Will I be able to move the tire around the garage on it?

Yes you can use the GoJak® to move a tire around your garage if that section of the vehicle is already elevated with a RakJak or a jack stand for instance. The nice thing about using it in this manner is that you can rotate the tire on the GoJak® to line up the bolt pattern of the wheel when you want to put it back on.
