Wow! This really works. Sheer but effective. I love this stuff, it has even taken the pain from a cold sore, and stopped it’s progression! It’s awesome! It stops a breakout over night!!!

Nothing is wrong with the product itself, but I got mine and it looked like this... there’s no refunds so I can’t really do anything about this but I’m not sure if it leaked or it’s used.

Not as Advertised!
I read about this product in an article online and it specified retinol in the product name. That was what attracted me; that was why I made this purchase. BUT, on delivery, it did not mention retinol in the name. The article clearly stated that this product was available from Amazon. The name on the bottle was BURT'S BEES Herbal Complexion Stick with Tea Tree Oil. I am using it daily; do I love it? Not sure. But certainly not worth returning it and still disappointed that I did not get it as advertised. Retinol is a buying point for me.

Arrived broken
I have bought this product before, and everything was fine. This time, it was damaged in transport due to shoddy packing. The bottle was about 1/3 full. The cardboard holder had soaked up the other 2/3 s. The item is not that expensive, so I didn't make a fuss. I will just not by this product by mail again.
