Picked up Pessoa with the exchange gullet system on eBay and needed a wide plate for our huge warmblood. One always hears a lot of things about an adjustable saddle not really fitting a wide variety of horses, but I have to say that pulling out the narrow tree and changing it to the wide worked great. The saddle now fits the warmblood very well, and I the saddle itself is super comfortable for me as well. I'm quite happy I went with Pessoa over a much more expensive custom saddle and the exchange plates are great if your horse changes or you need to ride a different horse. It was very easy to change the plate, as well.
