Bad replacement product
Awful. Cracked the first time cleaning the cell. Wasted money. Luckily I used the original from when my pool was installed in 2010.

I don't know if the ring is defective or just a bad system design
While this ring was delivered promptly, it was the 2nd one we've ordered that cracked as soon as we installed it. I understand that over-tightening could cause it to get a stress crack, but we've been using the original ring for almost 2 years (removing and replacing) before we had to replace it. When tightening the ring, we move it just past the point of leakage and it cracks. I don't know if the ring is defective or just a bad system design. I will be speaking to Zodiac about this.
