Flexible sounds with unique character
Loved the ability to have Tube, Fet or blended tones from a single mic. This is the fourth model mic I get from Lewitt and none of them have ever disappointed. Built rock solid and the case is super nice.

The new workhorse- No other mic like it in the market. A must have in the Mic locker
This mic will soon be the workhorse in the studio , like the C414 has been for the past couple decades.Very versatile. Dialing in all the way to the tube side colors it a bit too much for my taste, so i keep at the two nothces under full for a lush tube sound. On the solid state end, dialing all the while has no character in my opinion. However , two notches from all the way gives a very nice clean sound. I use this mic mainly for vocals, acoustic guitars, percussion.
