Excellent quality product with a 5 year warranty. Easy to use and comes with a tempature guide for all kinds of foods. It is a bigger unit about 13 inches wide 20 inches long. It easily cooks steaks, roasts and rotisserie chickens. You can control the top and bottom cooking temperatures. It makes great pizzas also. Bottom line is'I love it.' ❤️

I bought refurbished cameras for my system and good thing I did. One of the cameras failed and I was able to take advantage of the extended warranty.Easy process. Just had to return the cam and as soon as they received it, I was quickly refundedI would highly recommend getting a protection plan through Asurion for any electronics.

Use ASURION only as a "last-resort" protection plan provider.
BACKGROUND: I purchased 4 PCS 100W DOKIO solar panels in August 2022, and all 4 PCS developed burn spots in less than the 3-year period covered by the Asurion protection plan. DISCCUSSION: Instead of only "5" stars, I recommend "11" stars, where "0" is neutral, and "-1 to -5" represent highly dissatisfied. Using that rating approach, Asurion has demonstrated a "-5" based on their customer service. Let me explain: 1) they segregated my 4 PCS 100W solar panels into 4 separate protection plans, but called them LED lighting; 2) for my security and protection, they assigned each protection plan claim to a "different" person; 3) one person immediately processed 2 claims, another person waited a day to process the 3rd claim, and another person waited 3 days to process the 4th claim; 4) after getting shipping label for the first 3 claims, I took the solar panels to the UPS Store and Asurion sent me an Amazon gift card code within an hour; 5) 2 days later I got the 4th shipping label, and I took the remaining solar panel to the UPS Store when it opened, but Asurion now says that they need to "wait" to process the Amazon gift card code for 24-72 hours (that's 1-3 days); 6) Asurion told me that the delay of 1-3 days is the "escalated" time period, and normally it would be longer; and 7) everyone at Asurion communicated with me via scripted statements, but were pleasant to speak to, always apologetic for the inconvenience I have experienced, but never empowered to do anything value added. It was very obvious that they were dragging their feet in processing my 4 claims. REVIEW: A protection plan is only as good as the quality provided by the Seller's Customer Service Agents. The quality of those agents are limited by the Asurion business model. I suggest that you highly consider another protection plan provider... ASURION is a "last-resort" provider.
