I take “black currant seed oil” for dry eyes, and Swanson brand provides by far the best supplement for this particular ailment. Over the years, I’ve tried other brands as supply sometimes runs low here on Amazon; however, with other brands I have to take more capsules to see any relief, and those others are never as effective as Swanson. I keep coming back to Swanson for my black currant seed oil because it always works so well — I can literally see the difference! The capsules are small and easy to swallow. I’ll just stick with Swanson from now on.

I use this product to help with "dry eye". I take one capsule every night for relief. I am able to go without eye drops because it works like magic for me for this condition. This is,my second bottle and I love this product. It has saved me SO much money and discomfort. I will order again for sure.

Good effective product by Swanson who has a good reputation. Paring this with vitamin D3 and will help with blood flow.

Too early to tell about the efficacy of this product. Swanson has a good reputation, which is why I purchased the item to start with. They (Swanson) sat it helps empower the immune system to fight off disease. I had my 2nd booster. After the first booster I felt really bad, so bad even my balls hurt (seriously). I theorized that if I build up my immune system before and after the shot it just might help. So I used the Swanson product and other products to such as black elderberry extract and oil of oregano to do just that. Did it work? I could say, "Yes," for indeed I experienced only a little soreness and stiffness. But I would be guilty of the "After this, therefore, because of this" fallacy. But I like to think it played a part in making my post vaccine experience less serious. All in all, I I would buy the product again, and recommend the product to others, as a) black current seeds have a reputation as defense against flu; (b) this particular products is made for a reputable company, advise others to buy he product, and (c) coupled with the low cost, its cheap insurance against possible serious health issues.

I got 180 soft gels for the lowest price per unit on Amazon. The product arrived in perfect condition and was exactly what I wanted. I use this product as part of a hair re-growth cocktail and I am satisfied. Would buy again and again

This is my 3rd bottle of Swanson Black Currant Seed Oil and it remains my favorite source for getting GLA. I have tried other sources, Evening Primrose Oil, Borage Seed Oil, and find Black Currant Seed Oil to be the best. Being diabetic I have a compelling need for quality GLA. Highly recommended.

I started taking this for a dry eye problem and it helps with that. Last week i had my health screening at work and my blood pressure was 116/68, it is always 135/70 or higher, even with 40 mg of Lisinopril daily. My cholesterol numbers were better than last year, too. I am 66 and will continue to use this product.
