A great product
Works well, I had some issues as the pipework from a damaged filter was larger diameter than this item. Managed to solve it eventually and now seems fine. Very pleased

It's ok.
Mine came with an EU plug, but other than that looks to be great kit. Will update when i have set it up and it's running etc.You don't get the strainer to pre filter it.But you get the diffuser to go back to the poolYou don't get any valves to shut flow off.You don't get any connections to fit smaller hoses.You don't get any sand.The pipes seem but short in my honest opinion.

Gives a crystal clear pool 12ft only needs to be on 1 hr day
Brought for 12ft intex needed hose adapters as larger hose works perfectly keeps it crystal clear 1hr aday 2 hrs if had friends over

Great strong pump but read on......
I wanted a sand filter for our in-ground pool that I build. I bought this one as I wanted a super powerful pump, this doesn't disappoint. The thing that lets this down is the way the timer is, is like going back 10 years. I'm sure they could have had it work with smart controls. You cannot remote turn this on, so even when plug in plugged in it will not come on and ok you can set the time it comes on by having to go out and set it at that time and counts a timer, omg when I got this I was like how do I set this. Very strange way to set. Now its ok when you have set it, yes your with me on this one, but when you live in countryside like me, you get power cuts, O! now the pump doesn't come on, and you have to go to the pump at the time you want to set it and press the buttons to set the timer. This is such a pain in the back side. I would rather had a plug and no controls, then at least I could have put it on a smart plug and run the pump at multi times when I wanted. The old analogue timer on the old model was better than this. Great pump, power and filters great, but let down with the bad controls. That's why give 4 out of 5 stars. Intex you have let us down with these controls.

This pump is excellent - keeps the water crystal clear.(obviously, you still need to chemically balance your water yourself)

Crappy product, nonexistant support
Bought this pump last year, used it for a couple of month then stored it in a shed until now. Tried to turn it on this morning, completely dead. No life on the display, the motor doesn't come on, nothing.Got a local electrician to have a look at it and it appears the motor is jammed and the circuit board is fried. So this pump lasted a bit more than a year, most of it was in storage. I tried to contact Intex support in the USA asking if they had a support site in Europe and a nice drone from their service was prompt to answer they only accept support requests from the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico. So, that's money down the drain unless I manage to find a European repair center for this piece of rubish.
