Sizing is challeging on this even with the numbers chart. I recommend going with one size bigger than what the chart indicates. Otherwise, sturdy brace with four hefty straps.

Finally I found the One! I've had multiple surgeries in the past 2 yrs from a vehicle accident. My injuries were pretty severe. Just my knee, I've had my LCL and PCL reconstructed with the use of donors. My ACL has been repaired as well as surgery on my meniscus. Femur, tibia and knee cap fractured. I've cone along way and had to learn to walk again. My knee cap doesn't sit in the grove like it should. This brace has fixed that issue as well as stabilize my knee. I'm not perfect and haven't gain all the mobility I lost but I'm moving around better and a little bit of enjoyment has returned. Yes you will need to at least order 1 size larger than your measurements. I had to order 2 sizes bigger due to my thighs being very large. Yes, you could say false advertising, but it didn't matter because I read the reviews that clearly state the measuring chart is undersized. So I just simply made the adjustments. Perfect Fit! So far the durability has held up great. I'm thinking that if you take care of your equipment, it will take care of you. Oh another thing, not everything is created perfect if it's man made, so there is still the possibility of errors. I'm still attending physical therapy, and because of the brace, now I have more confidence in myself. This brace has been good to me and so I'm returning the favor. I hope this review helps.

Great knee brace. works for what it is designed for. The only con i would say is that it is a slip on which can be difficult to get off after using while working out or an extended period of time. other than that it is great.

If you suffer from patellar dislocations, this is useless. My kneecap would slide under the bumper, so it couldn’t guard properly. If I made it any tighter, it cut off my circulation. The brace didn’t stay in place. Just a total waste. However, I’ve had 3 knee braces for knee instability and none of them worked. I just don’t think this is a problem braces can fix. I ended up getting surgery.

I like the brace, it works well but there are 2 major issues. 1. The brace runs small, I recommend sizing up at least 2 sizes. 2. It's very difficult to get on and off.

This knee brace fits true to size. It supports without pinching or slipping. I'm a plus size woman who has been through almost a dozen different braces, trying to find the balance of comfort and support. This fits both criteria.Also, the lateral stays are not metal. I have had good knee braces with lateral metal stays that rub through the fabric, causing a hole. This brace has a more flexible stay that won't rub through.I recommend this brace highly.

The brace was delivered in less than 24 hours. Having never worn a knee brace, I was surprised by how tight it was to get on and off. In my case, with limited range of motion on the effected leg, I had to have help getting it on and off.It gave a level of stability that I did not have when trying to use my impacted leg more. In particular it helped stabilize when I tried to swing my golf clubs - Irons only. With it I could take a 60% swing. Without it, I could not take even a weaker swing without the kneecap moving.

This product is not for heavier people. The top velcro strap doesn't support anything and the top velcro strap falls down or moves whenever you walk. If you put the top strap very tight, it stays in place but cuts off circulation to your leg, which is not good.
