This product works for me and my husband. On average, taking 2 caps daily had brought my sugar readings down by an average of 25 point, sustained. That was in 2004. The sugar readings were monitored by a blood sugar monitor on a daily basis. Although this product does not appear to cure (that I know of), it certainly does what it says it will do -- to help the body regulate and metabolize sugar in our systems. Today, our blood sugar readings are consistently lower when we take this product on a daily basis and have our blood checked every 6 months on doctor's orders. I found it works best for me when used as an adjunct while using regular prescribed medications to control issues of Diabetes type 2. Follow instructions on the label.

I don’t know if this product is helping my blood sugar or not. However, I cannot stand the smell. It helps to let the capsules air out for several minutes prior to taking them.

Excellent product to control blood sugar

This is good stuff. Capsules, so you don't have to prepare the fresh melon. Allows me to occasionally overindulge in sweets and not have a "sugar high". I keep it in the house especially for the holidays when I am tempted by the amazing array of deserts offered by friends and family.
