Q: Is this case compatible with power share?

Personally tested on a Galaxy Watch and a Galaxy S9. This case does not interfere with the S10 Wireless Power Sharing.

Q: does this fit tight around the endges to prevent dust from getting in the clear black area?

The cover and others like it are not designed to be dust proof. There are openings for the speaker, earphone jack, and usb-c connector at the bottom. That being said, I can say that I took my cover off just now to examine it and found it to be a tight fit and noticed no accumulation of dust behind the cover.
