Valrhona Caramelia Milk Chocolate Feve from OliveNation - 1 pound

Great caramel and chocolate flavor. Oh, so creamy. I've had some fun experimenting in the kitchen, with some to snack on besides just with my initial, single bag purchase. It is now a baking staple in my home.

I first bought this Valrhona Caramelia chocolate to make molded chocolates and now won't use any other type of milk chocolate. This is seriously the most addictive, scrumptious chocolate I have ever tasted. Valrhona is excellent chocolate to begin with but the caramel notes just take it to another level. Best chocolate out there hands down.

I am not really sure what chocolate this really is. While the taste is there, the color is off, and the melting is off from what I’ve worked with in the past. I wanted to return it but they say no returns. I understand that but would like businesses to quality check before shipping if they will have that policy.

I would buy this in bulk if I could justify the price. Cause this chocolate is wonderful.

I loved the chocolate when I ordered it previously, but this time it arrived late and it was not packaged correctly to withstand the shipping delay and the heat.

These are amazing. The only downside is that once you start eating them, it is very, very, very hard to stop. The caramel flavor is infused in the chocolate making it a dream to have them melt in your mouth. They are supposed to be for baking but they never seem to make it into my recipes.

OK. Like another reviewer, I was looking to (re)purchase their fabulous BLONDE chocolate. The picture is deceiving- not milk chocolate colored. Still, MY mistake.That said, I am not a fan of caramel flavored chocolate, but this is not flavored. Real caramel, real milk chocolate. Actually, as with all Valrhona chocolate feves I've purchased from OliveNation, this is silky, exceptional chocolate.So, I reordered correct Blonde feves, and now I need to figure out what to make with it. Caramel Macchiato ganache?
