So I read some reviews that stated that the chairs are difficult to put together. I almost didn't purchase them, because of that. So it's Saturday and I am the owner of a Spa, and we had some down time in between appointments, and the boxes are just sitting there. I am working the front desk, so I offered my employees $40 to assemble both chairs, so I could stay in the front. They declined the money, and did it for free. I told them it's not easy, and they still declined the money. They took the two chairs outside; the back of the store, and in 15 minutes were back with 2 perfectly assembled chairs! I was shocked. They said it was easy. It was 3 guys that speak very little English, and read no English. Perhaps the instructions are in Chinese as well? I am not sure I didn't look. Conclusion, get the chairs. Easy to assemble, look great, comfortable, and affordable.

ATTENTION! Do not pay any attention to the negative reviews on these chairs. They are obviously from people who have absolutely no skill when putting something together. Not sure how anyone is missing parts. All the parts come in a sealed package.First off, these chairs are excellent quality and the price is phenomenal. I shopped for 2 weeks to find the perfect chairs for my showroom. Out of all the chairs I researched (online or in person) these chairs were not only the most comfortable, but the most affordable. Guest chairs are NOT cheap and I came so close to not buying these because of all these invalid negative reviews.Tips: Use 2 people (it's much easier). VERY IMPORTANT: When you receive your chair lay everything out and dry fit everything together. Once you are ready to put the bolts in go ahead and hand thread ALL bolts in to the chair. DO NOT TIGHTEN ALL THE WAY. Once all bolts are hand threaded go ahead and shift the chair around until everything lines up perfectly. Then, tighten each bolt slowly and rotate to another bolt. DO NOT TIGHTEN ONE BOLT ALL THE WAY. Tighten one bolt a little bit, then go to another bolt, then to another bolt until you have all the bolts snug. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN. Just snug the bolts. If you over tighten you will bend the metal and the chair will not sit straight.I never write reviews, but I am so happy with these chairs I just had to let everyone know. If you follow my directions you will be nothing but satisfied with your purchase. Not to mention you have Amazon.com that will always back you in you purchases. Don't hesitate. BUY THEM! I bought 4 and couldn't be happier.

The instructions to assemble the chair were poor, to say the least, but the chair was very easy to assemble. 20 minutes later after opening the box, the chair was ready to be used.The chair itself is good for the price, a chair to be used occasionaly, not for long hours. It makes a good seat for a waiting room, nice and economic. If you plan to use it as a working seat, like sitting for 4h straight, then look for sthing else. not comfortable enough for this kind of job.Bear in mind that the seat is on the hard side, I personaly dont like it, but I believe this is a matter of likes.To sum up, all parts were there, instructions poor, easy to assemble. Good for sitting for a while, not long hours. Seat on the hard side.

Purchased seven of these chairs for use in an office waiting room. When they arrived, my wife, knowing I would not have time to put one together to see how it looked, put one together by herself by following the instructions. She is reasonably, but not exceptionally, mechanically inclined. She found assembly moderately difficult but succeeded resoundingly in about twenty minutes. The chair was solid, excellently upholstered and attractive. The remaining six chairs were assembled by the two of us in approximately 1&1/2 hours. These chairs look very attractive and professional. I would readily purchase more if needed. All the supplies were packaged in an easy to find manner. One box was not sealed fully and because of movement of the chair parts, the hardware package had broken open and the bolts & washers were loose in the box. Thankfully none were missing. Otherwise the quality of the packaging, the count for hardware and the assembly instructions and ease of assembly were excellent. One day upon entering the waiting room to get a client, I heard two of our clients facetiously discussing stealing the chairs because of how comfortable they were. Complements on the comfort has been received from many clients of radically different sizes and shapes. These chairs are fantastic.

I bought 6 of these chairs - 2 at a time just because of budget. The first 2 I wanted to test and see how they were and with assembly, etc.. The last 4 I still bought 2 at a time just because of budget and employee needs. The negative reviews are pretty unjustified. While the instructions are not the greatest, some of the other reviews have stated that you should not tighten the screws until you have all 8 screws in place (4 screws for the seat cushion and 4 screws for the back cusion). This is the key to setting up these chairs. I tried to tighten the screws on the seat cushion first and then realized I had to start over and untighten the screws. You cannot tighten the seat cushion without placing the back cushion on and putting those screws in. By tightening the seat cushions it makes it impossible to align the back cushion properly. Once all 8 screws are loosely in, that's when you can go back and tighten each one. I would tighten one screw just a little, then switch to another screw, etc... Then do one final tightening at the end once I felt good the screws were all in place well. I put together 8 chairs. Except for the mistake of tightening the seat cushion first, each chair took about 20 minutes. If you have someone with you it helps because they can help you unpackage the pieces and hand you the items you need while your underneath the seat cushion on the floor tightening screws. Not required to have 2 people put the chair together, but it will speed things up. I love these chairs and for the price I get the best compliments.

Es el segundo sillón que pido. Tras devolver el primero por problemas en la calidad, el segundo presenta acabados pobres y desperfectos similares. Raspones y hasta óxido en una pata, la tela no cosida del todo, gomas de las patas sueltas y dobladas por dentro, por lo que no agarran bien, hilos metálicos de restos de las soldaduras que al retirarlos estropean el acabado, patas con raspones... Podría pensar que era una devolución pero es el segundo que pido y viene igual y parece que es que tiene esta calidad tan pésima por lo que desisto ya. Devolución. Por el precio que tiene se espera algo de calidad, no esto. No recomendable.
