I'll be honest. I'm very healthy overall and so is my dad. I bought one each for myself and my dad. I just wanted to see if Black Cumin Seed (the rumored "cure all" and helps with weight loss) would help heal/get rid of the scarring from the stretch marks I got from my pregnancy and also if it would help show any other positive extra benefits with weight loss or adding to my generally good health. For my dad I was hoping it would help with his spinal disk problem. My dad has told me that he noticed he has more energy from taking the Black Cumin Seed. Nothing else in observation yet. It's been about a few months. He likely doesn't take it every single day. I however took this supplement pretty consistently everyday 1 or 2 a day, once tried 3 a day. I haven't noticed any change in my stretch marks healing/lightening/disappearing. That was a long shot anyway, but worth the try. In regards to noticing any extra health benefits, I noticed that I had healthier periods. However, I still struggle with weight loss even though I work out regularly and eat generally well balanced.
