Favorite solution for me
These provide just the right amount of metatarsal support for me. I have Morton’s neuroma and these provide better relief than other pad or bar type support. They have proven durable over two years. I’ve reordered several sets.

pad material stick to socks making this useless
although in principle this is a great product, however the marial used for the foam pad sticks to all socks i have used, making the alignement useless as foot will move dues to socks sticking.

It seems to help with Mortons Neuroma, and it can go over the original insole since it is not very thick. Tried many, this is the finalist.
