these vitamins seem to have most if what women over 50 need

I have been taking these for several years, after doing a lot of research on formulations for women. I learned a lot about Natural Factors and the high standards they follow for production. In the past, I tried several brands that did not seem to 'agree' with my body. It makes sense to me that Natural Factors has a different formula for men and for women--andthese specifically for those of us over 50. This is a great product! They contain a lot of 'extras' including selenium, a good amount of D3, and coenzyme Q10. Great value! I currently alternate these every other day with a half dose of Enzymatic's Energy Revitalization System multiple vitamin powder. I recommend Natural Factors products to friends and family.

This is my daily vitamin. Like the quality of natural ingredients and that these vitamins are manufactured for women aged 50 & older & for their unique vitamin requirements.

Substantial vitamin supplement for a reasonable price.

They are in Capsules so they are easier to absorb. I Personally feel that are Bodies work hard enough without having to break down every single medication I need. Unless said meds are needed to be absorbed throughout the day

I read lots of great reviews and they might be great vitamins, but I can't get past the smell and after taste. I like to take my vitamins in the morning and I don't eat breakfast, so one review said they do not upset your stomach without food, but they did mine.

I especially like this product because it is a capsule, not a big pill. Also, because of the Manganese content for my nails.
