Enjoyed the quotes and some of them I can relate to.

You can feel the emotions with every word. Kayil has never let me down with her ability to put emotions into words in the most relatable way. I own all the books and I reread them when I need to be grounded. The spines of my books are stressed with love.

I don’t even know where to start when it comes to this book. Kayil has outdone herself with this one. We have all 3 of her books and this is by far my personal favorite! This is a book every single person needs to read! It empowers, by gently guiding you away from the things that do not serve us anymore. I love the addition of the longer prose pieces in this book, compared to the previous ones. Kayil continues to delight with rawness of feeling and thought. So much wisdom and love in it...You feel supported, understood and never alone in the daily struggle of figuring out how to live a more meaningful and authentic life. I cannot wait to read more of this author’s future works!

I received my autographed copy today and once I started reading I couldn't stop. I finished reading the entire book in less than two hours. This was the first book I have read and completed reading since I was in high school 10 years ago. I will definitely be purchasing her other books. This book is so empowering for anyone who is stuck in relationships they cant get out of. It strikes cords in your soul. It gives you strength to do what you think you cant. It is a raw presentation of the process of letting go of toxic relationships that don't serve you. It's absolutely breathtaking.
