This review is going to be three prong- 1) I was recently introduced to these products and was tremendously excited 2) the dairy free product and return policy is TERRIBLE 3) nutrition labels do not match- product images on the site, and item that arrived.1) was recently introduced to the sample chai perk ‘regular’ and hot chocolate chill ‘regular’- these products seemed too good to be true and I was excited to learn more about this company and try other products.2) I ordered the dairy-free chai - unfortunately this taste nothing like the ‘regular’ chai as the flavor is bitter and sour- DO NOT BUY- I was so alarmed that I contacted the company’s customer service to let them know that the batch was damaged. I was told they were aware of this mismatch in flavor and was working on fixing the taste. I was also advised that I need to work with ‘Amazon’ to return this product. Per this product/ policy- this product is not returnable.3) the nutrition facts on item received do not match the nutrition facts as advertised- but again- as stated before product is not returnable.**I am aware that dairy-free and ‘regular’ products will inherently taste different- however these flavors are not even comparable.

I absolutely love Perk! I tried the "regular" Chai flavor last winter and when I saw that a dairy-free option was available I jumped on it. The powder is VERY sweet so don't add any sugar! I use one scoop of the powder to about 1.5 cups of hot water and it's perfect. I don't drink coffee so this is a perfect addition to my morning routine to give me a boost. It definitely gives me energy but doesn't leave me shaky from caffeine and I don't crash mid-morning.

I really like the flavor of this drink. I use just 1/2 scoop in about 12 ounces of water and it is plenty sweet for me. After trying the drink on several days, I realize that I do need a drink frother to mix it up well in my cup. Using just a spoon to mix the drink mix with th water is not adequate--it does not mix well. I have an immersion blender and will try that next time and see how well it mixes with the water. It does have a great taste and if you are on WW, it is just 1 SP for the 1/2 scoop.

I wish this was a little cheaper but this stuff is amazing!!!!! Tastes just like a chai latte!!! I also have felt the boost of energy with this!!! I can’t get enough of this!! If I could I would drink this a couple of times a day!

This is the best ever. I love a delicious warm drink in the morning but since I don’t drink Coffee I’ve been in search of some alternative that gives me a little boost as well. Perk is perfect. When I read the instructions that you just add hot water I fully expected I might have to doctor the flavor with some add ins. Not at all!!! It’s so delicious on its own, I was shocked at how much flavor it had. It’s a perfect Chai - I love adding this to my morning routine!

The taste is pretty gross and I didn’t notice any added energy. I actually noticed I was more hungry in the morning after adding this to my coffee

I actually ordered it originally from Perk Energy’s website. Possibly being I am lactose intolerant and basically know that dairy free never tastes as good as the real thing. I already didn’t have super high expectations, but I genuinely love the taste, I don’t even like coffee anymore. The energy this product gives me is a steady energy and I do not have the same abrupt afternoon slump coffee gives me. I accidentally forgot to reorder through the website and was pleasantly surprised to find it on Amazon.I just want to say the customer service at Perk was incredible when I contacted them. I have a very severe food allergy and need to check prior to ordering anything, not only did the person answering my question have a similar allergy, but they actually double checked to make sure I was safe to have the product. Even followed up with me, no other company has done that.

The flavor is completely off and it honestly tastes like I’m drinking plastic. I love the flavor of the dairy chai option but need it non dairy. Will not be buying again.
