The first cartridge that arrived was faulty and did not work in my printer. However, when I contacted the company, they immediately made it right by sending me a new one. The second cartridge is installed an works great. So although I was disappointed to have to wait for a new cartridge, I can't fault them for their customer service and their willingness to help. In the end, I am a very happy customer!

I bought this as a cheaper alternative to use with my Samsung SCX-4623F printer. At first, I had issues getting my printer to recognize it and was about to give up but somehow it started working. I still kept my original though. It's been a few months and is still printing fine. I will truly get to see how it holds up once I am done with Fall semester of school. However, I am satisfied with product and seller. Looking to buy a backup and may go with this again! Thank you.

First time I bought this replacement cartridge, no issues whatsoever. This second time, however, I am only 1/4 the way through and all my printed pages have dots off to the left side. It's like the toner is being released erratically, as no degree of cleaning of the drum will fix it. Really irritating. Thinking I might have to go back to the OEM version. Bummer.

The printing is good. Fit our Samsung printer great. The printer is noisy now, however. I've changed the ink on it a bunch over the last few years and it never made these sounds. Like a grinding sound. So it prints but it is also loud--I don't know that there is a correlation between the two but the timing is uncanny.

I'm always really hesitant about buying a non-factory cartridge. I've seen too many issues with sloppiness, incompatibility, poor printing output, etc. But the price for this cart was too good not to try out. And I am so happy I did. The printer recognized the cart as a Samsung product and the print quality is excellent. This cart seems to be expertly assembled and I received it fast and on time. I will definitely be purchasing more of these carts from this seller when the time comes, if it ever does, this cart will spit out 2500+ pages so it may take a long time to empty.

I ordered the Abacus ink for my HP Photosmart Premium printer. When I installed the cartridges the HP Solution Center showed the cartridges were only 2/3 full.Some of the cartridges printed fine and some would not work at all. When I installed a new black cartridge in the printer, the HP Solution Center showed the cartridge was empty, and the printer would not print. When I installed one of the color cartridges, the printer dialogue box said that using the cartridge would void the HP warranty.While the price was certainly right for the cartridge, I would not purchase them again based on the hassle involved.

I thought that I was a smart shopper by buying Blake Printing supply toner. The first toner cartridge they send me printed an awful black line down the right side of the page. Amazon CS was unbelievably accommodating to send another one next day mail. The second cartridge I got from Blake prints tiny marks on the left side of the page now. Honestly, I learned my lesson. I rather gamble on the cheaper toners; as I have had more luck with them. Additionally, this generic toner is 2x as pricey as the cheaper generic toners. Bottom line, the premium is not worth it.

I have purchased this off brand replacement a couple times now and each time it works wonderful for the price. At first I was very skeptical, I had purchased replacements for $40 that were not Samsung brand and they failed horribly. In the past I have owned other Samsung Laser Printers and never had a huge issue. However, the Blake was a nice change of pace. The pages are printed just like with a normal Samsung replacement cartridge and so far it has lasted without an issue.
