The disc was in excellent condition.The film itself a well made and very enjoyable 80's sci-fi movie.

Taken me back to an era when I was younger

Overall a very good film, pure plane porn for plane lovers. Very interesting decisions to be made by the ship's Captain.

Does not seem as good all these years on!

Final Countdown is still a brilliant film, but this transfer not so much. Small picture, no subtitles, no extras

A far fetched sci fi story with loads of carrier landings and take offs filmed on the uss nimitz so great for jet plane enthusiasts.

Technisch gezien is dit een schijfje met de film 'The final countdown' in 3D formaat. Maar er valt weinig aan 3D effecten te zien, behalve dat alles wat achter het beeldvlak is geplaatst. Daarnaast zit er nog een 2e film op hetzelfde schijfje. Beeldkwaliteit is zeer matig. Hier wordt niemand blij van.
