I LOVE this phone!!!
This is a great phone for someone like me, who's not good w/computers and the internet, but wants to have some access to the internet/email on their phones. I know this phone does a lot more than I even yet know how to do w/it/use it for, and I'm hoping to learn more of that soon! The camera and call quality is very good. The only drawback is that the back cover sometimes starts to fall off too easily, after only a short while. This is a great little phone, and I love the red color, too! I'd definitely recommend it to people who want to have an excellent call quality phone and also get a taste of having data on their phone, w/out having to get a SmartPhone. It texts easily, too, though I don't text myself. I love this phone and have bought it several times over the years, as it's easy to use and has a lot of unexpected features. I love the "Flip-Phone" part of it, too...very easy to open and shut quickly and small enough to easily keep in your pocket! A very good buy for the money!

I recommend this phone to folks who are not interested in ...
I received the phone unlocked but had trouble inserting the SIM card. The slot for the SIM card is under the battery. You have to insert the Sim card in a way so that the golden part will remains outside. The seller was kind enough to call and help me. After following his instructions, the phone recognized my Sim card and everything is dandy. It works well. I bought the phone for my aunt, a Liberian old lady. She loves it to death. It works with any Sim card - it is unlocked. She plans to take it to West Africa but for now, she is using it in Minnesota. I recommend this phone to folks who are not interested in smart phone features. It works well. Mark my words.

I hated damn phone cuz it overheated
I ordered the Nokia 6350 flip phone refurbished from Amazon in October 2015. I hated damn phone cuz it overheated, it went dead fast, I could barely hear people when I was talkin on the phone which pissed me off. I also had bought another phone from Amazon on January 1 2014 and the phone was defective and didn't work. I will never order a phone from Amazon again cuz it pissed off dat the phones don't work and I had to mail my phones back which is a inconvenience.

Looks good on paper...
While the features look great on paper, the usability of this phone is awful. The good:Easy to put together.Charger works great.Inserted my existing sim card and we're up and running, no problems.Makes phone calls when you dial. The bad:Usability usability usability.Menus are SLOW. Click an option and it seems like it didn't work. But if you click again, oops you went too far...Waaaaaay too many useless apps pre installed and they can't be removed. If you don't have a data plan, 80% of the features on this phone are inaccessible. All the apps seem to be from AT&T.The PPT button. Way too easy to press, then you have to wait for it to tell you there's no data service (if no dataplan). The volume button is way too low, you have to hold your phone halfway too low to use it with your thumb.Would be great if they moved the PPT button and slid the volume up.You can't hold the phone in your right hand while charging. The cable sticks out the side making it very difficult to hold.My phone seems to have a problem with turning off randomly for no apparent reason. I don't know if its just mine or a common issue. It appears to be truly random. Lately it seems to not even want to turn back on, or it turns on and vibrates but immediately turns back off (It's fully charged). You have to hold the power on button far too long just to turn it on.The menus are just too annoying to use. Menu, My Stuff, Tools, just to get to common basic applications like the alarm or calculator. So sloooooooow switching menus!Sim card holder is a bit wonky but not too difficult to get used to if you don't use it often.I've always liked nokia phones but this one is going back.

Could be just right for you
This was purchased for my Father, and it handles the vast majority of what he uses it for quite well - but he almost only uses it for traditional voice calls. I was tasked with setting it all up, and I periodically check-in with him and see how the phone is working. And after about 10 months the phone is still working (with AT&T prepaid) as expected.Pros:- Works well with AT&T prepaid, and seems to pickup a wireless signal decently.- the numbers on the buttons and the screen are fairly easy to see. Not the biggest I have seen, but thankfully big enough for my Father.- Ringer can get fairly loud (with limitations).- Charges fairly quickly.- My Dad says he likes the red color- The phone is sturdy (can take a fall).Cons:- The written text/letters on the screen are fairly small. If my Dad really stops and focuses he can read a text message, but you can only make the text so big.- The red portion on the front is soft and grippy - which is good for grip - but it scratches quite easily.- Charger that came with it is pretty flimsy and loses connection while charging a little easier than I would like.- Very limited ringtones available on the phone, and most seem to be a high frequency, which my Dad has trouble hearing. So the only ringtone he can really hear is the rock-n-roll one, which he says he is fine with, but everyone remotely close to him can hear it blasting too. Obviously, this is an issue with his hearing impairment, but it might be worth keeping in mind that even though the volume of the ringer can get loud, the ringtone may not be in a good frequency.Overall, he likes it. It's more expensive than I would like it to be, but it has lasted about 10 months so far so that's alright I suppose. So while the phone may be limited, if you're going to use it in a limited manner, it may be just right for you.
