Absolutely the best thing ever for stinky places .....I have cats and use two litter boxes. I have it set to spray about every 15 minutes. There has been no smell from my boxes since I started using this. It’s a miracle. I’ve always used the Lysol spray but I’m not home to spray it as much as it needs, plus unable to find since the covid crisis began. Anyway, I’m glad I was unable to find the regular LysoI, bc I was was forced to try an alternative!! It’s greats guy. The only thing if I had to say something negative would be the scent. Not my fav. In my opinion the crisp linen is the best Lysol scent and the one that came with this kit is the fresh scent. It’s okay tho! I hope I don’t have problems finding refills. Oh yea it comes with the batteries:):)

I work in a smoke filled environment 4 days a week and when I come home my clothes smell like cigarette smoke. when I take them off my clothes hamper smells bad so I ordered this to hang on the wall above the hamper and "viola" the smell is gone. it works great and I just set it and forget it. I love the fact that it hangs on the wall so I can hang it high and it doesn't spray anybody in the face or eyes. I have a different brand and it just sits on a surface----but you better be ware the direction it sprays or somebody might get sprayed on. with the 3 setting the spray can be adjusted to just about any need. glad I ordered it.

I love it put it in the highest shelf in living room and when it goes off I can smell it all the way to the kitchen. Love it!!!!!!

OK, so here's the no kidding about this air freshener.THE GOOD) Its works great! Looks nice, smells nice. The bottom is ugly so if you plan on having it mounted high on the wall you might want to cut out a circle from a piece of regular white paper and tape it on the bottom. Very easy fix.THE BAD) This thing scares the living s*** out of me whenever it goes off. It seriously sounds like a mix between something sliding off the shelf and and the hiss of a pissed off Mama cat. I swear I get a shot of adrenaline every time this damn thing goes off. I tried sleep with it on in my room one night and wasn't even close to actually falling asleep because I'd be looking for my assailant every time this confounded machine sprinkled the room with that oh so wonderful fragrance. So... if you're an adrenaline junky, this may be your new thrill. If you just want something to make your room smell nice, I recommend getting a candle.

I bought these 5yr ago and they work great. The are on a timer so they don't spray all the time just intermittently. They take reg. AA batteries and the light blinks when they are low so you know to change them. The can inside when it sprays you can see and hear it so you know when it's out, because honestly sometimes I get so used to the smell it don't notice it. Everyone comments though when they come in. The smell is nice, after over 5yrs I finally had replace mine. The just stopped working.Great product. The brand shut my husband up on it not being a air cleaner and just covering up the smell.

I am about to order my fourth one of these so I guess I like them, but they do have problems.Unit One: Worked fine for about a year and was then lost in a move.Unit Two: Replacement for Unit One. Never worked at all.Unit Three: Replacement for Unit One/Two. Worked well for a month and a half and then the refills began to leak. It still sends out the spray but also leaves a puddle on the counter top. I guess that has something to do with how the button is pressed down by the unit.I'd give up on this completely except it does such a great job in keeping my apartment smelling nice and fresh. Even with two cats, the air is always pleasant.

I am really impressed by the Freshmatic.Overall, the unit is reliable, easy to setup, can be adjusted by you to control the frequency to spray, and the scents used are mild, pleasant, and help actually neutralize some odors instead of just masking. They work well in any room, but especially the bathroom.I have never been a big user of air sprays, but the great performance of the Freshmatic has me hooked. This is a great unit that is certainly worth checking out.

I’d put zero stars if I could. Not what advertised. See photo. This is an Airwick sprayer in a Lysol box. I want the Lysol version. I’ve had Airwick in the past and none lasted more than six months. The last one leaked and ruined the top of a cabinet. The design is significantly different than a Lysol one as this has an open bottom, a weird cradle holder for the can, holds the batteries differently, and needs to be screwed on. I’m surprised Amazon is allowing this misrepresentation. They told me it’s not eligible for return given the spray that comes with it. Sigh. Update- Amazon returned the purchase price. Thanks!
