Received in a box that had Falken apart and was soaking wet with all accounted for but everything was wet. Fortunately, it still worked. Couldn't return due to coming from Asia and it was weeks just getting it

I like it a lot, but the instructions are vague. Time consuming.

I bought this and used it a few times over 6 months or so. Then it wouldn’t light up anymore. Company said after 3 months they won’t replace. Bad deal. Not made well. Too bad. Great idea!

I have been using this mask for three weeks for 30 minutes every day. My skin looks more even right after using it. My skin improved but I don't know if it is because of the mask since I also changed my skin care routine at the same time. It is heavy and after 30 minutes you will have two holes in your forehead which will disappear in about half hour . Since it is heavy I used it while lying down. Every day, I take 30 minutes for me to relax - no husband, kids or dogs..lol. All lights work. They are very bright as you can see in the picture (I normally close my eyes). I only used the green so far because it is good for melasma but the other lights seems to work. The lights feel warm. The only issue that I have are the microelectronics. Only the two in the forehead work and you need to use the lowest level (61) otherwise you feel like getting shuts and getting burn. I wish they work since micro-electrons are suppose to be good for your skin. Customer service is excellent. You will get an answer within 24 hours and work with you to solve your concerns.

I don’t like the heavy charger but it works.

I had an issue with my menu device over heating, which resulted in the back melting a thumbprint size spot in back of menu device. I let seller know, sent pics, and they were quick to respond. They sent a replacement menu device out, so far the new one worked the first time with only the face mask not neck mask. I put a frozen wash rag (in a zip bag, with cloth over it) under the menu device to keep it from over heating. Tried it again this time with neck and mask, and the frozen cloth, it works, but is over heating. Thankfully I checked after 10 minutes and noticed it. Turned it off to prevent any further problems. I think that they need to redesign the electric components to this mask. Perhaps put a fan in the unit? It cant handle working both mask and neck at same time. I am going to contact seller again, to see what can be done. So far they have sent the replacement menu pad. I believe they want to help, so I will see what can be done to hopefully make unit perform how it should. I feel the review will help others beware to watch for overheating as that can be a dangerous thing if unexpected. The frozen cloth in a zipbag seems to help as long as I don't plug in both neck and mask.

This thing was way too hyped up. I’m not sure if this was the same one everyone talked about but it’s super heavy on your face. You literally can’t do anything while you have it on. Also the micro electronics sting the ffff out of you so be careful!

The media could not be loaded. I thought it was great. Yes it is heavy but it isn't like a someone stepping on your face. People just like to whine becaude they were probably spoiked their whole lives. I love the different color options. I use red and yellow. It states to use lowest settings first and maybe because my skin isn't extremely fair my skin worked fine with this product. They state no refunds so if you think something will happen but elsewhere. Read vefore you buy and then when things go wrong be mad at others instead of yourself. I like the product! My skin looks younger and feels tighter. I only do 14 minutes a day and put facial lotion on afterwards. Do your research and you will be fine.

Lo compre para una mancha, pero no he visto resultados y llevo de usarlo 4 meses constante, asi que no podría decir si funciona o no.
