Dhink Deer Light Rechargeable with Timer and Dimmable, White

My daughter got this for Christmas and loves this. The rechargeable function is nice and it holds a charge for multiple nights (depending on usage amount). I like that it has multiple color options or an option to rotate through colors. For me this is nice because I'm sensitive to bright lights and colors, and this provides options to accommodate that if I'm in the room. I also like the timer function so that it automatically turns off when my daughter falls asleep. This certainly helps the battery last longer and darkens the room when she sleeps. The touch function is very sensitive which can be nice, but also burn out the battery if it's being snuggled with instead of on a nightstand.The charging cable matches that used by most cell phones these days, so that is nice in case you lose the charger or forget it on an overnight.I gave this 3 Stars though, because after 6 months use the charging port is having problems accepting the charger now. You have to get creative with putting it in to get electrical current to charge it. This is very frustrating, and it upsets my daughter who uses this almost nightly. I intend to contact the seller and see if they have any options. I'll update this when I do so and if I get a response. Outside of the charging port, the item seems strong and durable to normal use and would otherwise be 5 stars.Update: this was originally 3 Stars for the above reasons. I changed it to 5 stars because the customer service was IMPECCABLE. I really appreciate their listening to the problem, acknowledging it as a legitimate problem, and providing workable suggestions for them to make me satisfied. And I am satisfied. I still advise consumers to be aware and cautious in handling the charging port so you don't have the same problem. But it's very reassuring to know customer service is supportive when problems arise.
