This book is fantastic- it is a thorough and in depth look at what you need to do to make money on Ebay. It is ideal for both beginners and experienced Ebay sellers. Although I have been selling on Ebay for some time, I picked up several nuggets of advice worth their weight in gold. I have sold a few things that I bought off of Alibaba (a website where you can link up with wholesalers and manufacturers), but am looking to take it to the next level, and this book is perfect for me.If you are new to Ebay, the author takes you through all the steps necessary to set up an account and start selling. From there we learn a solid method of raising 500 dollars in starting capital. The author then covers the best ways to get top dollar from your auctions, product sourcing (where to find stuff to sell), how to figure out what items are in high demand, being a true professional with your buyers, beating your competition, and scaling up so that you can increase your income once you are starting to sell a few items.The advice on getting top dollar from your auctions is priceless. I have run +/- 300 or so auctions, yet I picked up a few things that will help me to get better sale prices. The advice on product sourcing is also outstanding- it is not just the "go to a garage sale " stuff you will find in other books on the topic (although it covers garage sales too), but rather it thoroughly covers finding and working with wholesalers, buying retail closeouts, buying lots on ebay, dealing direct with manufacturers, and a few other product sources as well.In particular, the advice on figuring out what products to sell is absolutely awesome. I won't tell you his technique, but it will have you easily knowing exactly what is hot and what is not on ebay at any given point in time.It does not sugar coat things and make it sound too easy (unlike a number of other books on the topic), but rather very realistically points out that it is a business like any other- and just like any other business, you must be persistent and stay ahead of the competition by keeping your finger on the pulse of what is selling and what is not (and he tells us exactly how to do this).In short, this is an excellent book for those who want to begin making money on Ebay, or for those who (like me) are making some money but want to take it to the next level. Highly recommended!

This book is clear and easy to read. It's also a fast read, and, upon finishing it, I feel excited to start my eBay business. Thank you so much for all this great advice. With this little treasure trove to refer to as often as necessary, I'm ready!

If you want to really have a business and not just list a few things this is the book for you, and she has a blog so you can keep getting more tidbits. I loved it! The author discusses the essentials of retail arbitrage which is in details that even a newbie like me can relate to it. The author also highlighted the importance of registering a business and deal with selling issues so we could avoid legal problems as we go our way through this business. He also talks about strategies and unbeatable plan that should be put into action to make sure that everything will work out as planned. This book is just what someone needs to begin selling on eBay. It answers questions that I wouldn't have even though of to ask.

This guy's English has so many errors for a college graduate, per his book blurb. Wow, really sloppy, I could barely read it. Very little info. here that is not online. I feel like I should return this, but it's too much trouble.

This book was easy to read. Easy to follow with actionable insights. Definitely was worth the purchase. I have several highlights in my copy that I will continually reference as I run my business.

A great book full of good information and a solid plan for building an Ebay business, lots of good tips and links are also included.It has given me the knowledge to start generating an income from home with no capital.

Great read it really inspired me to start an eBay buissness and start making some serious money while still in college.

Concise and easy to read

The steps, or more accurately the tips, in the book might be beneficial but technically the book does not walk you step by step. Now the author does mention that for more detailed info we as buyers have to get the free guide which he provides on his website; BUT since buying the book few weeks ago, every time I click on the link to register my email address to get the guide, I have been receiving a message stating that the site is under construction. So forget for now about the guide.

I love how this book is really a step by step book. It is easy to understand and even when you do not know Ebay that well this book will help you demistefy it. I found that this book help me boost my Ebay's sales a lot and if I really wanted I could make a lot more money than right now. This book is an investment that you won't regret.
