Originally purchased in September 2021 for 23ur old niece,so she would have her Granny around her neck at all times as she wanted. Well it was until last month she put it on and noticed one of the stones was missing. She is not hard in er jewelry and ALWAYS puts it up at night. She was soo disappointed 😞.

I absolutely loved this pendant. I bought this for my parents ashes. I loved the length of the necklace as well. The instructions warn you to make sure the grooves are clear of ashes before screwing closed however, the pendent is so small, unless you are putting sand inside, it is next to impossible fitting ashes into the pendant. I also had to learn the hard way ashes of your deseased loved one is nothing like sand. This is hard to hear and even harder to write but ashes will have bone particles which make the transferring of the ashes even with the included funnel almost impossible to fit into the tiny hole. As if not devastating enough to deal with this process, imagine when the ashes spill. After adding what felt like just an ash particle from each parent into the necklace I carefully wiped all debris from the screw grooves before screwing the pendant closed TIGHTLY. As stated before, this pendant is BEAUTIFUL! I truly wish I would've taken a photo of me wearing it.The day of my parents military honored ceremony, I wore my necklace proudly. My siblings all loved it as well. A few hours later, I noticed the pendant had fallen off. I retraced my steps, and called all places I had been with no luck. I am heart broken.I will not tell anyone NOT to purchase, but just be careful. I checked to make sure the pendant was still tightly screwed in frequently, because I constantly had the butterfly in my hand. It was comforting. And now it's gone. I had it for a total of 2 days. :(

I received this butterfly and a stone was missing. I opened later as I was in the hospital.I was surprised as I had no gift now. I would like a piece or refund. No stone in the box lose either. Not happy with situation. Thank youLaurie Puerling

my late husband and I had this "butterfly" trope between us. WHen he left me, it just seemed perfect to put a tiny trace of his ashes into this butterfly, so that he will always stay with me. it's perfect for the purpose.

I lost my Mother a month ago and for the first time I put the necklace on, the 1 month anniversary of her passing. I reached down this morning to feel for it, and the charm was gone. I began to panic, fortunately since I had not left the house I knew I would eventually find it, but the question was, "Where, and what condition?" Fortunately I found it on the bench in my bedroom, and discovered the screw had loosened overnight. I would have been devastated if I had worn it out of the home and lost it or if the cremate had fallen out of it. Therefore I cannot recommend this necklace.
