Love the faucet. Looks great. Works great. Why 4 stars then you ask instead of 5? Install was a challenge. The hose that connects the faucet to the water supply under the sink was not long enough. Had to make a home improvement store visit to buy an extender.

I purchased this faucet in March and finally installed by my licensed plumber. At 72 years old it's to difficult for me to crawl under sinks and work in tight spaces.We did a complete kitchen remodel and wanted our door pulls, lights and faucet to be gold tone. Searching the big box stores left us with never more then 1 choice. We went to high end speciality stores and had 3 or 4 very expensive choices that were not our style. Naturally, Amazon had this stylish, reasonably priced faucet.It's easy to wipe clean, the retractable hose spray works smoothly without kinking and the water comes out in a smooth spray and not shooting all over. The hot and cold water flow is easy to balance.Really a fan of it's style and function.

This is a beautiful faucet that was a bit cheaper than the comparable ones we considered, which is always nice. The install was fairly simple, despite some imperfect instructions, and the temp control and water reach are really good. Only complaint is that the counterweight is bulky and awkward on the hose, so it always seems to bump into something in our cabinet. So when you pull the faucet out and try to feed it back in, you have to try multiple times and you can hear the counterweight banging around. Just makes the finish feel less polished. That's the only complaint I have though.

We were torn between purchasing this faucet and an identical one that was Moen brand. In the end, I am so happy that we purchased the Vigo brand. I am so impressed by the quality of our Vigo faucet. We also bought a 36" farmhouse Vigo sink because we were so happy with this faucet purchase. Our contractor mentioned twice how nice the packaging was and that he was impressed by the care taken to even wrap the individual valves. Do not hesitate to buy this you won't regret it!

Worked well for 3 years until the hoses failed and started leaking at the sprayer and the cold water connection

Love the facet but <1 year it’s chipping at the base of the handle... :( but I do love the quality of this it’s all metal. I even bought a matching bathroom faucet. Price is fair, and I would buy again. Hope they fix the chipping issue though!

Great addition to our kitchen. This faucet really is a focal point. It’s actually so large, it took a minute for us to adjust to it coming from our cheap homedepot faucet. We love it though, as well as anyone that comes to our home. Easy to install, only thing that took a while was the pull out mechanism was stiff at first, it’s since gotten better after a little bit of use. We are now looking to buy Vigo matte black faucets for all of our baths and laundry room.

We just remodeled our kitchen, amd I wanted a sleek looking faucet that had a pull out AND spray feature, but didnt have a footer. I was having trouble finding one that I liked under $350. Then I saw this gem. It was exactly what I wanted. My husband even liked it, which was a huge bonus. We did have a plumber do the install while everything else was being done, so I cant speak to the ease of install. All the features work exactly how I'd hoped.

The hose sits very crooked and it also doesn’t click in seamlessly, you have to use both hands and wiggle and push it in.Very disappointed as it is past 30 days by the time we were able to install our new sink and now we can’t return the product. We’ve purchased other vigo products and it’s usually good quality but this was a disappointment
