Emdiq Compress Wrap for Reusable Gel Pack, White - Pack of 1

This item came quick however it doesn't look anything like the photograph. For starters it is blue, it is also made of a fleece material which the one in the photograph certainly isn't. It is also double the size of what I was expecting judging by the photograph, I thought it would be for a small koolpak, however it is for the large, fortunately I do own both sizes but did intend on purchasing the product for use with the small gel pack. The Velcro on the strap isn't brilliant. It is a bit too thick so that when the koolpak is placed inside you can't feel anything through it whether it be hot or cold. It's a bit overly protective to the point it actually renders it completely useless. I doubt I will ever use it as I had purchased it to use on my shoulder for hot/cold therapy, however given the thickness of the fleece I can't actually feel either hotness or coldness through it.

I've had a knee replacement and needed some cooling during the day at work - bags of peas were tricky... Used in conjunction with the reusable cool packs they work a treat. Put the coolpack in the freezer as soon as I reach the office and then use at lunchtime whilst at the desk. I have even used themwhilst driving home on the motorway - soothing and not intrusive. They work over trousers without not getting water stains from condensation.They are quite minimal so would not cope with walking etc - they could be a little more robust.

Really useful for applying ice packs and making sure they stay on. Have bought them before and will def buy them again.Only down side is the straps are a bit too long and end up getting stretched out over time as well making it harder to use.

Worked well with the small Kool Pak Reusable Hot/Cold Gel Therapy pack - it fitted in half the sleeve but this was good as although the sleeve creates a perfect skin barrier between a freezer fresh Kool Pak the kids couldn't cope with it at that level of chill for long and so the sleeve was long enough to be folded again to create a more bearable barrier for them. - Versatility is a bonus and it does hold the pack in place rather conveniently with the strong elastic banding. Worked for me and my active yet injury prone family.

Would have given better score but the strap wasn't long enough to go round my waist, I'm only a 34/36" waist. Bought for my lower back. Thankfully had another Velcro strap from another ice pack that helped. Shame as it fitted the kool pak gel ice packs perfectly. That said, there's only a very small piece of Velcro holding the pack inside. Mine has fallen out a couple times. Not an issue when I used my own strap though.

I brought these for all the aches and pains I get after a long day of tennis. I store them in the freezer and they get really really cold but are still completely flexible; great for getting the cold directly on your skin. These are a good size too to easily cover most of your elbow/knee. The strap is basic but useful for several different applications - areas like shoulders are a bit tricky though. I haven't used them ward yet so can comment on that.

My daughter loves this; she seems to acquired a selection of injuries in order to have the opportunity of using the koolpak with this sleeve. the elastic is sewn on so you just need to drop the koolpak in. If I could get the Koolpak to make its way back to he freezer rather than under her bed, it would be perfect. Size is fine, lightweight synthetic sleeve: for home use this is fine; if you are heavy sport injury person, not sure how long it would last.

They are lightweight, adjustable and hold the gel packs securely. The sleeve is washable so long-lasting.
