I'm not sure how I bought this from NXYZY; I thought the size and color I got were less because they were trying to get rid of them, but I must have clicked in a different area. I ordered my coat on Dec 30. It said it would arrive Feb 14 - 28. On Feb 14 I got notified it was running late. There was an option to cancel. But I wanted to give it a few more days. I checked the tracking and it looked like it had arrived in the US. A few days later and still no coat, I checked tracking, but nothing was progressing - in fact it looked different, though I cannot say how or why, and the button to cancel it was no longer there. I waiting until Feb 28, then wrote to who I thought was the seller. chouyatou was very prompt in replying and asked for the order number and the seller, and even mentioned that it may have been a "scrupulous" seller. I sent the information and they said that that was not their sale, and that I would have to go through Amazon for a refund. I did, through their chat, and Amazon was very good to put the refund through, and apologized for the bad experience.Since I never got the coat, I cannot really rate it, and do not want to rate chouyatou low because of no fault of their own. So I am giving a 4 stars because of their prompt response to me. I may or may not reorder this jacket through them and if so will update my review. However, with spring around the corner, I may hold off on ordering anything at this time.

It took me a while to find long, warm, elegant coat and w/zippers on sides to avoid tearing due to the length of the coat (no car but but trains and busses). Bought as a gift and my niece is very happy. So am I.

I'm 135lbs 5ft tall. I am a size small on average so that is what I ordered and it fit absolutely perfectly. This coat is nice and warm, exactly what I was looking for, im so happy with it. It's too warm to wear in 40 degree weather, I was actually sweating. My only dislike is the way the fur is attached to the hood. The elastic loops are cheap and break if you pull them. I tried to pull 1 over a button and it ripped right off.

Warm and pretty

I purchased this coat for my sister, but it was too small. I than gave it to my niece and she loves it. She had been wanting a long winter coat. I reordered the coat in a larger size for my sister and the coat never arrived after being shipped.

Everything about this coat is exceptional! I am 5‘4“ tall and weigh 135 pounds. I ordered a large because I want to be able to wear sweaters underneath. The length is perfect, the color is vibrant, and the fur feels luxurious like rabbit fur. Next month I am traveling on a Viking River Cruise through Hungary, Austria, and Germany for the Christmas markets. I want to be warm and dry, and expect cool temperatures especially on the river. I am so excited about this coat. It is comfortable and cozy! Such great quality for the price. I highly recommend this product. The sleeves are the perfect length. The fur attaches easily, and can be removed for washing. The product arrived in a very timely fashion. I was torn been color choices, but I especially love red in the winter season for Christmas and Valentine’s Day!

I love this coat it keeps you warm and cozy, I stand behind that it is a very nice coat but I have say one thing about it the stitching is very poor quality it fell apart on me if the stiching was better quality it would have been the most perfect coat for winter it really kept me warm if they would remake the coat with better stitching I would by this coat again I don’t recommend you buy it

If you have a large bust 34 G. This coat is not for you. I’m 5’4” 130 pounds usually a small or 4 or 6 size and this coat wouldn’t zip up past my waist. I asked for a return and they could only provide me with a 48$ Return in funds which I clearly haven’t gotten as of yet.The coat is beautiful. It’s to bad I won’t be able to enjoy it.

A bit big for me, but it's ok. Best for winter! Love it!
