I ordered 1 package of these quartz points and was so thrilled I immediately ordered 2 more packages the same day the first order arrived. All of my orders contained clear, well shaped and sized pieces, fairly uniform and all beautiful! The order came in quickly and was packaged very well. If you are looking for clear, smaller points - for wire wrapping or other small crafts I recommend Hypnotic Gems 100%. The average sizes in my orders were approximately 1" to 1 1/2" in length and mostly the diameter of a drinking straw or pencil. Great Product at an awesome price!

When I looked at the pictures the crystals looked pretty small but I thought why not maybe I can use them for jewelry or something When I got them I was pleasantly surprised they were bigger than expected and most of them have beautiful points on them. you can see in my 2nd picture the smaller ones on top are another type that I ordered expecting to be bigger and they dont even compare

I ordered these to make protections jars. The jars are small (10ml) and I needed small/slim crystals to put inside and these were perfect for that. As you can see I got a good variety of sizes and clarity. A few pieces look like they could be strawberry quartz and there is a nice dendrite in one of them! I know some people want them completely clear but I prefer the little imperfections. Overall I would recommend these and I intend to order more as needed.

I recived the item rather quickly. I got these for a project I'm working on so when I got them I was pretty excited. At my local crystal shop these would have cost me $2 a piece so the price was good in my opinion considering I have 43 pieces. When I got them the lable recomended that I rinse them off in case of any powder that could still be on the quartz whitch I did. They are still pretty foggy some of them even have a pinkish hue to them which I dont really mind. Really the only issue i have with these are the quality of what I recived. A lot of them are so banged up I dont think i can use them for what I needed them for and the clarity of the majority just itsnt there. I'm going to attempt to further polish these to gain some clarity and that might take the pink away. I have really mixed feelings about this purchase. The roughness, rawness, and veriety of these crystals lets me know that they are real. I even have a few pieces that are twins (double pointed on one end) but some look like they went through a meat grinder. I have a good veriety of sizes and alot of them are bigger and some are very very clear. Overall...knowing that I could have paid $86 locally for the same quality and only paid about $15. ultimately these are growing on me and worth the gamble. I will find something I can do with all of them. And will more than likely purchase again.

I am giving this 5 stars because even with the poor points, it is still a decent deal for the price.I use these points for making jewelry and crafts. I would say that out of all the ones I get, usually half of them are selected to make pendants. However it's not necessarily because of the poor color, some are just too short or thin.When you get a cheap lot like these, it's almost expected to find at least a few that are cloudy or grainy in color/texture and not the clear, smooth point we would like. That's just nature and when it comes to cheap, randomized lots like these, isn't really something I feel like I can fault. Especially when all the pieces appear to come mostly in-tact and aren't half broken or completely pulverized like some lots.I've ordered this lot several times, and while I do get some disappointing crystals, hey. You get what you pay for.

At first I thought this wasn’t a good purchase - I wire wrap these crystals to make into necklaces. Only a couple were large enough to do that. The rest were extremely tiny and I was disappointed. But, after letting the creativity flow, I decided to make the tiny crystals into stud earrings! They work perfect. So if you’re looking to do something small with these, they’re great. If you need larger pieces, I wouldn’t recommend this.

This is a great deal. Don't let the negative comments prevent you from getting some of these crystals. It is true that they aren't perfect but a perfect clear crystal in this size goes for much more than this collection of crystals. I saw one recently that was priced at $50.00 -- just one crystal! These crystals are in their natural state and I feel that makes them more powerful than crystals that have been cut, polished and mounted.

I always come back to this store for my quartz crystals. I received one in my last batch that I carry with my everywhere. The have incredible energy. Some are a bit cloudy but I love the natural look of them. Every batch is different but I always get great crystals! Thank you!
