Tiny, downright weird handle kills the usability, and poor construction to boot
Pros:* Keeps your drink hot or coldCons:* Tiny handle with an odd design is a complete deal-breaker* Tall interior requires non-standard super-long straw* Which you would not need if the lid did not spill, but it doesI got this to replace an old Thermos mug after it started to fade, and because the Thermos was not BPA-free (not even sure that's truly an issue, honestly). Like the Thermos, this cup does keep liquids at temperature for a seemingly magical length of time. In fact, this does better than some of the double-wall vacuum seal products I've tried, likely due to the insulation going all the way up to the lip. Unfortunately, that's where the good news ends. The handle and underside of the lid had so much flashing on them I had to cut it off with an Dremel tool. And the hole where they must have injected the foam leaves an unsightly blemish above the handle even after pulled off the leftover chunk of it (see photo of after the cleaning). The handle is also just not large enough for my meaty paws, so I am guessing your average construction worker or the kind of person that would put 20oz of something in here is not going to find this handle usable. The shape of it also make it difficult to hold at any other angle other than straight out. So for example when you set it down on a table, you have to sort of bend you knees and dip your shoulder down. The Thermos, in contrast, had a flat top on the handle that allowed you to put your thumb on top of it, slide your hand up the handle without loosening your grip too much, and set the mug down quite easily with one hand. This handle has ridges on either side that almost look like they were designed to prevent you from doing that. Why??The depth of the cup is also a problem for straws. I feel like one of those teenagers trying a Starbucks iced drink for the first time, and not realizing they have longer straws for the larger beverages. I end up sipping cold water out of a little 1/2" of remaining straw. So I'm already holding this with my pinky out because it won't fit in the handle, and now I am pursing my lips to kiss the little piece of straw I can get to. It's just weird and awkward for me all around.

Exactly what I was looking for!
I've had an Aladdin brand 7-11 NFL cup, almost identical to these, for about 15 years. Well, needless to say, you can't get those anymore (trust me - I've tried!). But this is about 99% the same deal and the price is pretty good. I wanted a spare or two because if I ever dropped mine (after all, it IS plastic) on my tile floor and broke it I would be very sad.I like the 20oz size. I really like the full handle. So many I see now have that half-handle (connected at the top and just hangs down). I don't care for that at all. I also like that it's the heavy, hard plastic construction because I like to heat my tea or hot chocolate water in it, in the microwave. The one I've had for 15 years has fared very well with microwave use. This kind of plastic does, particularly since it's not ever in there for that long so you're not cooking the plastic or anything.Black and red are my favorite colors, so the colors were ideal for me. I was hoping to find a two-pack with one red and one black but, alas, that was not to be found. So I purchased, separately, a red one and a black one. If I were purchasing them for a gift, however, I would choose one of the two-packs because it is a little cheaper and the colors are nice. I'm just very color-picky. Most people aren't.

Great Mug Keeps Coffee Hot To The Last Drop
Love this mug. I use it for coffee/other hot drinks. I have never used it for anything cold, and never tried to put a straw in it. I've read other reviews. I don't understand why some have trouble with this mug. It does what it's supposed to do. It keeps hot drinks hot. It's microwaveable. It can be washed in the dishwasher. I have a woman's average sized hand so I can understand how someone with a larger one (for example, a man) might not be able to fit it through or around the handle. Other than that, it did arrive with the smaller "venting" hole opposite the hole for drinking not completely opened up, but I stuck a toothpick in it to open it up which solved the problem. It's a tiny hole so it's easy to miss, and then you'd think the mug was defective, which it's not. I'm wondering if other purchasers who reported leaking might solve this problem by opening up the vent hole. Also, it takes quite a bit of pushing down to affix the lid to the cup (you'll hear it snap if you've done it right) so that could account for some leaking if you don't have the lid completely secured. This mug doesn't fit into any car cup holder that I've found, but other than that, it's a great mug.

Poor quality
Changing my review, this was a replacement mug for my dad. He indicated a leak where lid is supposed to seal. I see it does that in fact. Also noticing the handle is already loose and will likely break off soon if I don't glue it!!! Did a lot of searching till I could even find one of these!

Great cup holds alot
Love this cup only bad thing it doesn't fit cup holder in car and the lid doesn't have a closure in case it tips over. But if you don't want to run out of coffee for awhile this is the cup to get

Not the best but OK
I purchased the set of 2 Mugs. Not as good as the set I got from the far past, but not real bad.The tab on the cover broke after a while and later on the handle started to crack off thebody of the mug. I used super glue on the handle and it holding so far.The cover that the tab broke off made it unable to be removed so now I can't use it.I am glad I purchased 2 mugs so I had a extra cover.

Nice big mug, but the drinking hole has no cover
I'd assumed there would be a sliding cover on the drinking hole to close it, and there is not. Thus the "spill-resistant" I guess. You'd probably need to turn it upside down or shake it to really spill it, but mentioning this other people who might need a lid that closes all the way - for bumpy car rides, etc.
