SOLE TT9 Treadmill with 15 Incline Levels

Great machine!

The Sole TT9 has great potentiall. However, the manual was written by a moron. It us very difficult to understand and is wrong in some places. Sole should be ashamed to provide such a manual with a $3500 treadmill. The manual never mentions that you have to tap the Home word 10 times to get into the setup menu.Besides that, the same moron must have designed the Bluetooth functionality. It does not connect to any Apps. After contacting Sole (Spirit Fitness), I had to wait 3 weeks for an answer to come from Taiwan. The answer was that it does not connect to anything other than external Heart Rate monitors. The communication between Taiwan and Spirit Fitness who handles all support for Sole is non existent.I returned my TT9 and got a full refund. I cant understand how Sole stays in business with a support system like this.I now have a Landice L7 which is made in the USA and the support comes directly from Landice in New Jersey.Before you buy a TT9, look at A Landice L7. You will glad you did.

The treadmill is extremely strong, better than what I originally thought it was going to be. I’ve had this treadmill for a little over than a month and I’m extremely satisfied with it. So far nothing is wrong it. Worth the price.
