Good quality, metal and glass with led lights

This is a nice modern looking light with a simple design. It is easy to fix especially as we had a previous light in situ. The light gives off a nice gentle light. The downside is that the bulb seems to be built into the lamp so I'm not sure what happens when the bulb goes for the price that it is I would have expected to be able to change the bulb. The lamp does however come with a five year guarantee to I expect that would cover bulb failure too. The wattage is low with a 7watt LED bulb meaning it is very energy efficient.There is lots of choice on the market and this has good points and bad but if you are wanting a stylish modern easy to fit light then this is a good choice.

This is an elegant fitting, very modern, very European. It looks good and is straightforward to fit.However, it is quite heavy and you need to take that into account when deciding where and how to fix it.

Replaced my old fashioned outside light with this more modern energy efficient light. Fitting is pretty straight forward but the allen key screws are very fiddly on top and bottom. The light gives off a nicer warm light than my previous yellow one. This osram one is only 7 watts and is obviously fully waterproof. The reason for 4 stars is the price, there is plenty of choice when it comes to outdoor lighting and some people may prefer motion sensitive lights. However another plus for this light you can get matching design garden lights. I have used Osram bulbs for years and have no doubt they will last a long time.

Compared to the old-fashioned metal light currently on the outside of the house, this item is flimsy. The only thing holding it to the wall is a small aluminium plate. That will hold all the weight of the arm and the glass bowl, which is over a kilo in weight. It simply doesn't appear to be strong enough.* Once the LEDs go, the whole light has to be replaced; there appears to be no facility to 'change the bulb', because there is no bulb. Although these LED lights are claimed to last thousands of hours and many years, I have a house full of LED bulbs and several of them have gone already.* The RRP seems a lot and even at the current selling price there are many cheaper external lights on the market.* The light would've been better if it had had a motion sensor in it rather than needing to be turned on and off manually.For sale at the time of writing this review at £80 (RRP £99.95).

This is a decent quality lamp, nicely put together, and simple to fit, however... Over arching all of this, there is no-way this is an item worth £85 (the price at the time of writing) it simply isn't, presenting it - independently - to two other people, one a builder of some decades the unanimous reply was "decent kit, but not at that price" and it's such a shame and perhaps the biggest hindrance to giving this unit an easy five stars.So, fitting wise you have the screw on diffusion hood - the base is simple fit plate and slide, the LED itself is protected and around the screw in for the hood is a nice gasket to keep everything water proofed, there's also a nice rubber membrane around the wire port on the rear, it is really a nice unit, the base is a plasticized metallic alloy, the diffusion hood is frosted glass.It is just so expensive an item as to simply be more than I personally would pay for it.

This is a review for the OSRAM ENDURA Style Lantern Bowl LED Wall-Outdoor Luminaire (without motion sensor). It is a very smart and stylish looking light for affixing to an external wall.Installing isn’t the easiest, but shouldn’t be too hard if you already have an outdoor light (wired in) and you are able to switch it out. I found screwing in and out very fiddly.The light is a warm white (3000K), and covers a relatively large areas. One important thing to note is that the LED bulb is built-in and therefore cannot be replace. Once it dies you will need to replace the whole unit (more fiddly screwing). However, I fully expect the light will last a long time – it claims to last for 15,000 hours and comes with a five-year warranty.Note, that there is also a version with a motion sensor, which would likely be useful more many people, however I cannot comment on how well this works.Overall I am very satisfied with the product, my only gripe is that installation isn’t the easiest (this is very person dependant though). Also note that there may be cheaper (and similar) options available.

Abbiamo installato questa e altre lampade a LED OSRAM nella casa di montagna in Basilicata dove ce ne era veramente bisogno. Dopo la ristrutturazione infatti avevamo trascurato proprio i punti luce e ci limitavamo ancora a lampadine nude attaccate a un filo che spuntava dalla parete.Con la Osram Endura Style Lantern Bowl abbiamo fatto grandi passi avanti. È una lampada da esterni ma grazie ai bei materiali usati, vetro e alluminio, fa bella figura anche in casa. Nel nostro caso l’abbiamo installata sopra fornelli e lavello della cucina, in una zona che prima la sera era in penombra.L’installazione è elementare. Nella confezione c’è tutto quello che serve per montarla; attenzione però siccome si tratta di mettere mano a fili elettrici noi ci siamo fatti assistere da un elettricista.Alla fine abbiamo perso più tempo a decidere dove posizionarla che a installarla, siccome il processo è semplice. Si posiziona la piastra nel punto prescelto, si prende il segno con una matita, si fa il buco e si piantano i fischer, tra l’altro compresi nella confezione. E nel processo abbiamo anche scelto di azzardare e l’abbiamo montata a testa in giù, mentre da tutte le foto sulla confezione sembra che sia destinata solo al montaggio con la luce verso l’alto.La luce calda è veramente piacevole e funzionale. Nel nostro caso, ci consente di cucinare e lavare i piatti usando una sola luce discreta e calda, senza illuminare tutta la grande sala con angolo cucina e facendoci risparmiare al contempo anche sull’energia elettrica grazie al consumo di soli 7 Watt.La durata promessa da Osram è di 30 mila ore: oltre dieci anni di uso medio di otto ore al giorno, a meno che non si rompa per qualche motivo non dipendente dall’usura. In pratica costa poco meno di dieci euro all’anno ed è robusta, realizzata in materiali nobili e bella da vedere: per me è un acquisto più che consigliato.

Luminaires extérieurs ENDURA STYLE, de bonne présentation, facile à installer et qui éclairent bien mon entrée ou ils ont été installés. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Je suis satisfait de mon achat.

Lampada con design tipo “fiore” o petalo (o almeno io ci vedo questo, i miei non ce lo vedono proprio), con il braccio su cui posare la lampada.E’ da 7W, che corrispondono a 35W, 400 lumen. La temperatura del colore è 3000K, emette una luce bianca calda.La luce a LED è integrata, quindi alla fine del suo ciclo di vita non può essere sostituita ma va cambiata proprio tutta la lampada. C’è però da dire che la lampada a LED dovrebbe durare 30.000 ore, che corrispondono a ben 20 anni di funzionamento se la si usa circa 4 ore al giorno.E’ IP44 quindi protetta dagli spruzzi d’acqua da ogni direzione come la pioggia, essendo una lampada da esterno.Non fa tantissima luce, è più per avere un punto luce qua e là in giardino oppure da mettere sopra alla porta di casa.Nella confezione, oltre alla lampada, ci sono anche una brugola, 2 tasselli, 2 viti e le istruzioni.Per l’installazione bisogna svitare con l’apposita brugola 2 viti sul retro del braccio. Qui ci sarà anche un foro più grande per far passare il cavo della corrente (e nasconderlo quindi nel muro) e 2 fori più piccoli per fissare la lampada al muro (andranno ovviamente fatti due piccoli fori con il trapano).I cavi sono semplici da collegare, basta inserire il blu (N), il marrone (L) e il filo giallo/verde (PE).La lanterna poi si avvita sopra al braccio. Quindi come installazione è piuttosto semplice e veloce, il più è il montarla al muro facendo i buchi e il collegamento dei fili della corrente.La lampada esteticamente è molto carina, semplice ma moderna.I materiali sembrano di buona qualità e abbastanza robusti, pur essendo di alluminio verniciato.

La definirei la reginetta delle lampade per esterni della collezione Osram.Ha dimensioni importanti che richiamano forme di altri tempi, ravvivate però da un design modernissimo.Presenta un’eleganza ed una bellezza che è un piacere per la vista.Di fronte alle creazioni di questa azienda, insieme a mia moglie, ci siamo ricreati ogni volta che si presentava l’opportunità di visionarne una.Difficile dire quale è la più bella della serie. Sicuramente, questa è quella che metto tra le preferite.Il fascio luminoso procura un effetto particolare all’ambiente e si direziona soprattutto verso l’alto e nelle parti laterali.I materiali sono al top. Molto bello il vetro opalino che le dà la forma, il quale, viene avvitato sulla base fatta con un eccellente alluminio,. La lampada è protetta da una guarnizione in gomma che evita l’ingresso al suo di polvere e acqua. Il cablaggio dei componenti elettrici è come al solito perfetto.Il led è tra i migliori presenti sul mercatoIl suo prezzo di poco inferiore ai 100 € è l’espressione della sua elevata qualità.Se cercate un punto luce che non passi inosservato e che durerà per tantissimo tempo, consumando pochissima energia, ve la consiglio caldamente.

j'ai acheté ses appliques, dans un premier pour avoir une verrine, car j'en avais cassé une sur un potelet du même modèle. L'installation des appliques a été très aisée et le rendu est parfait. Le prix en plus est très attractif.
