Customer service is excellent. I recently bought a similar product locally for a Christmas present costing more. Was very happy with standard. On purchasing this product I found it to be of the same standard if not better and am very happy with the lower price and design.

Looks great but couldn't pair with phone so returned.

Arrived on time but not connecting to Bluetooth

Cercavo un cappello con cuffie bluetooth incorporate, con budget 20 euro, per fare un regalo.Ne ho trovati decine, ma l'unico che mi ha veramente convinto è questo.La qualità dei materiali è ottima, molto pesante, molto caldo ed il design è veramente piacevole!Molto comodo da indossare, anche per diverse ore!La qualità audio è sopra le aspettative!La prima volta che lo accendete tenete premuto il tasto di accensione per 5 secondi, fin quando sentirete la voce dire "pairing", il telefono lo rileverà tra i dispositivi bluetooth e basta cliccarci sopra per connettervi, senza inserire codici o altro.Nelle successive accensioni, basta accendere il cappello e si connetterà in automatico!Autonomia buona, regalo azzeccato, farete bella figura!

Satisfait, marche trés bien ainsi que le mains libre pour répondre aux appels ( laisser appuyer 10 secondes au lieu des 5 pour se connecter au tel la première fois pour certain smartphone)

Es ist ein Weihnachtsgeschenk und wird erst am 24.12. verschenkt, wir können danach gerne eine erneute Bewertung schreiben.Optisch super und in der Kurztestung einwandfrei.

Cappello di buona fattura e bello esteticamente con incorporate cuffie bluetooth.Facile da configurare e connettere allo smartphone e di buona qualità audio.Idea innovativa.

Bonnet vraiment très bien, un peu compliquer la mise en route mais vraiment un super son le bonnet est vraiment joli de bonne matière, très agreable à porter.
