Annoying that it doesn’t come with the string attached to the letters, but all in all is super cute for a party!

It's definitely worth purchasing!
The banner comes packaged neatly in a resealable bag and has fairly thick letters, I didn't have to concern myself with being gentle for fear of them tearing. The letters were pre-strung on nice gold glittery ribbon and the overall gold glitteryness is Everything!
