Came with no instructions but quite easy to set up. Was quite difficult to tell the front from the back looked pretty much the same on both sides and could not find any markings. Basically does the job...would need a stand as well if you didn't have the right height table...

good value, generic version of the branded, cork-filled GEX canvas block heads. This one is also cork-filled, and has the occipital bulge, a faithful shape to the human head. Cork is superior to polyurethane as a filling because the needle paths into the canvas block re-seal/recover when cork is the filling; whereas the needle paths remain and do not re-seal when polyurethane is the filling. Hence, the cork filled head lasts longer than the other generic, polyurethane heads. Other generic polyurethane-filled heads also do not have the occipital bulge at the rear of the head, so the resultant fitting of the wigs made may not fit as well compared to wigs made on heads with the shape of the human head. Some customers complained of a strong musty smell but the item I received had no smell at all. The price is very competitive too. Few offer the 23.5 inch circumference, which I needed. This product is to be recommended 100%.

It didn’t come with any instructions but I was able to attach it to one of the wig stands I have and it did the job. However I must say the canvas head is really heavy!!! Really. I’ve purchased a previous canvas head before that looked exactly like this and it was no way close to the weight this one is.I’ll still keep it though, but might be a problem trying to use it without a wig stand or something. But the canvas heads comes with pins, lace band and a screw to screw the head onto the table so should be okay.

The mannequin head is really good quality, however I ordered this specific head for the accessories that came with it essential for wig making, and more than half were missing. Not ideal.
