Definitely a luxury dollhouse
Really cute dollhouse, which suits standard barbie-sized dolls, as well as those shopkin-shop dolls. My daughter enjoys using this for both. She is 6 and the dollhouse is just about as tall as her. 3 levels, including an elevator and lots of cute accessories come with it. My daughter was really impressed with the "stainless steel" look to many of the accessories and details. She totally loves it!The assembly was pretty easy. It took me about an hour to set it up, including unboxing/unwrapping. And there was a lot of unwrapping indeed! Despite the wrapping the mirror that comes along with the set was broken. And the elevator is really tight..like in its place. It's hard to move it up and down. I'm not sure if anyone else has had this issue or not.. maybe there's a screw on too tight? She just doesn't have the strength to move it without forcing it/potentially breaking it. (Any suggestions welcome!)So I took off a star because of the elevator and mirror. The price was expected, and fair.. though it did drop about 6 bucks since I ordered it around the holidays.I'm wondering if there's a way to receive just the mirror that comes with it, because I fear my daughter would cut herself on it.. it's not really "played with" as it hangs on the wall, but when you pay 126 for a dollhouse set you expect the pieces to all arrive intact. Again, they wrapped it really well. I presume it was hasty holiday shipping/handling that was the cause of it. And it was super fast shipping. I think it was 3 days on the nose.I'd be happy to change to 5 stars if we could get a free replacement mirror and help fixing our elevator.Anyway it's really cute.. definitely a luxury dollhouse. Worth the money. And I know she will get a lot of use out of it!

4 year old loves this house
It took my husband and I just about an hour to assemble. The instructions are not the clearest so we reverted to the pictures on here to make sure we put it together correctly. FYI, the parts for the elevator are inside the container with the accessories. We thought we lost them or that they didn’t come in our box. They were shrink wrapped with the accessories ;-) hope that will save you some time searching when you put together. Our 4 year old daughter absolutely loves this house.

Big sturdy doll house!
This doll house is amazing but it gave me a little bit of trouble. I got stuck half way assembling it because the little parts to attach the elevator was missing. It sat a few days in our living room (This was a x-mas present for our 3 little daughters). Until I decided to built it without the elevator and have the kids play with it anyways. WELL.... the part I needed was wrapped inside the bathtub accessories!! The whole time I thought maybe manufacturer missed a piece. I had to take it apart to add the elevator with the found part.I gave it a 4 star for the struggle it took me to build it, only because that part was mixed in with the accessories box.Other than that, my daughters love it!

This is a great dollhouse, but it is hard to put together
This dollhouse is wonderful and my 6 year old granddaughter loves it! But it is hard to put together. We were able to get someone handy to come and do it -- it still took him nearly two hours. If you're good with putting things together, good with tools, etc., then you won't have a problem. And it is a very nice and sturdy dollhouse.

Cool dollhouse. BUT....
I purchased this dollhouse for Christmas for my five year old daughter who LOVES it. Very tall and sturdy. BUT assembly was a pain in the butt, simply because the holes in some of the boards were drilled too deep causing the screws to not line up and go in straight. We ended up having to stuff paper in them to keep the bolts in the right place. Secondly, after the 3 hours that it took to finally get to the end of assembly we realized the balcony railings were missing. So we had an incomplete dollhouse on Christmas morning....So with that being said, overall this is a very cool dollhouse but DO NOT wait till the night before to assemble and do parts inventory, and be prepared to do a little finagling to get the screws drilled in.

Excellent
Bought for my daughter as a Christmas gift, ended up setting it up in the middle of the night for her to wake up to. Product is sturdy, and comes with hardware to attach to the wall to prevent tipping over. Set up instructions were easy to follow, and my daughter loves it! 4 years old and is the perfect size for her. Only suggestion is to take your time on putting the elevator together with the side panel, as sometimes it can be a little tough for her to lift up and down as I don’t think I leveled out the screws the best (hey, it was 1 in the morning). Definitely would recommend!

Nice doll house, check elevator parts to dollhouse
Overall nice doll house, 1 issue i had was the elevator part, I was not able to install it because the bendable design part was too short and I could get it installed properly. And not sure Bout stair case, it collapses. 1 piece was cracked coming out of the box but I dont want to go thru hassle of returning it.

Maybe a little overpriced but still a decent doll house.
If the price was around $150, I could see this being worth the money. As you would expect, not all the pieces came in great condition. There is an obvious pamphlet on how to get things replaced but that would mean waiting for a new piece to come to assemble the house. All of the back is a semi hard cardboard material that can and will crack or crease. The extruding frame is decently sturdy for a kids toy. It's an ok house but maybe overpriced just a bit.
