This is a basic sling for my yoga mat and works perfectly for that purpose. It doubles as a strap for certain poses and elements within my yoga practice! I hadn't had that in mind when I first purchased the sling, but now that I see that purpose, it's super helpful! It's sturdy and it appears as though it's going to last me a long time. I'll report back, if that opinion changes!
