Best patches EVER. I actually don't know why I haven't seen this brand on anything. Ive tried so many that are way more expensive & these are by far the best. Warning long review & general product info: I'm in my early 30's. I had horrible uncontrollable cystic acne as a teenager through early 20's. It was all over my face. I don't anymore but have to be very strict with my skincare routine in order to prevent it. I do have occasional tiny pimples pop up around my period. Usually gone quickly so no worries. Now I have to wear masks all the time for my job & other activities. My cystic acne that's behaved well for years wants to come back. I can handle maskne pimples, but not cysts under my skin that hurt & want to get huge. I've tried a ton of different patches. Patches for the amount you get are expensive. Plus a ton of them don't actually do anything or take days to work fully regardless of acne type. For cystic acne microdarts are best. Hydrocolloidal are for white heads or areas that need to heal. These packs have both types as a system AND THEY WORK. It came as a 3 pack & each pack has 6 of each type. Put the microdart on for a few hours (up to overnight). Then put the hydrocolloidal patch over the same spot. Acne gone, no scarring. The microdart has hydrocolloidal stuff with it so it'll help heal too. If you only have time to leave on one for an extended period or need to sleep use the microdart.Also they're way cheaper for what you get than all the other brands ive bought from Amazon, Ulta, CVS, Sephora, etc. If you haven't used microdarts, it wont hurt; it will feel rough when you press it into your skin.

In the COVID era I've been getting more deeply-rooted zits (stress? Maskne? Who knows), so I decided to give these a try. They definitely decrease the swelling significantly and appear to prevent zits from ever popping (which in my experience is what causes the worst scarring). My biggest piece of advice is—don't worry if one of these doesn't take down 100% of the swelling. Use as many as you need until you start to see more dramatic results. Even if you use several of these to take down a particularly honking zit, it's still less than 1/10th the cost of a cortisone shot at the dermatologist's office.

I am not sure if there is much difference between a regular acne patch and this one, but I do have deep nodular acne so that may be the reason. The packaging is very sterile and the patch itself did not cause any bad reaction. This may work well for those with cystic acne, but it seems like the microneedles just dissolve on the surface as opposed to being "injected " to the skin for deep nodular acne.

I have severe cystic acne and thaw did not help at all. It’s truly a waste of money.

These work well. There is a tiny discomfort when you push it into the skin, but after that you can’t even tell it’s there. It always reduces the size and irritated state of the acne. Nothing else does that for the unbroken, deep, ance.

They work!!!!I use them at the first sign of a blemish.By the next morning, it’s gone, or close enough that it’s easily concealed.I highly recommend, especially for hormonal breakouts:)

You get 4 packs of high quality patches. By far the best deal for micro needle patches on amazon.

Effective on pierced open, pus filled blemishes, but not on those that are still beneath the surface or just red. Not the best patches I’ve tried so far, but certainly not the worst.
