Make sure you have your own tiny screwdriver since this battery doesn't come with one like some of the other replacements I've seen. I already had one so it wasn't an issue. It was very easy to install in my laptop by myself. Only real issue is the lifespan isn't great, but that was a problem with the old battery as well so I think it has more to do with my laptop having a 1070 graphics card instead of a cheap integrated graphics card like most long-life laptops have.Overall, it does exactly what it said it would do so 5/5.

Fit was almost perfect, just cables little bit too long, but screw holes perfect. Stickers are very cheap and did not stick - always came off and I had to press down. Arrived charged, but never charged in the laptop. Laptop showed empty battery icon in the task bar, but details showed 100% charge - always and then 5 minutes later - boom - battery empty without any warning. Seems there's no communication between battery and PC or just not fitting or something. Even as long as the battery was full, I could not start my PC with only the battery and had to attach the cable, but at least the laptop kept running when I then removed the power cable.Very difficult to connect the battery with the motherboard. Connector does not stick and there's no instructions and even support could not help, but at least they responded. Wasted huge amount of time on this battery and nothing done. Super disappointing.

With the help of a youtube video, this was a simple installation. just remeber where the screws go, i had a large table to place them were they originally went. the power connection was a snap on and snap off. Simple change that saved me big bucks, doing it yourself

Replaced the battery in my G502VS, the original one had failed. This one was a perfect fit and easy to install.

I was skeptical initially but the battery works fine. Buy it if you're looking for a replacement, make sure you have the same model as your old battery.

This product was not compatible with my Asus Gl502-VT. Even though it said it was supposed to. This product has false news. The bottom is the battery that came with my laptop, and the top is their battery
