I almost didn’t order this dress because of the conflicting reviews. I’m glad I did. I purchased the black with white windowpane plaid. As another review states the pattern doesn’t match up on the side seams but it’s not super noticeable… maybe if it’s pointed out to you, you’d see it. Not a deal breaker. The fabric… at first I thought it felt like poor quality but it’s actually great. It’s got a lot of stretch, a lot of movement and it’s comfortable. Other reviews said the neck opening was so small they struggled to get their heads through and said they’d definitely have to do hair and makeup AFTER dressing. I was sooo happy to see the dress I received had a full back zipper! This dress hugs your shape but the pattern helps camouflage cellulite and figure flaws. The sleeves are modest and not tight. I like this dress so much I might order another color. I have a very strangely exaggerated hourglass shape… very small waist, flat stomach but big chest and hips. Anyone with this shape knows it’s nearly impossible to find column dresses (or pants/jeans) that fit. This comes close to any I’ve ever tried on.

The fabric is thin and should be worn in early autumn. It is nice for work or an event. Fits as described.

The quality of the dress was great, comfortable and great looking. I didn't keep it because it was too close to my knees. It waS BELOW

Love the length and the mock turtleneck and really just everything about this dress! I ordered a size too big and ended up adding a couple of darts and it is perfect! I literally get compliments every time I wear it! So classy and comfortable!

I ordered two dresses, black and white with a back zipper, and orange and brown without a zipper . The orange and brown one was awful. The fabric was terrible. It held no shape and was so elastic that it just hung like a baggy mess. No way I can wear it to work. Extremely unflattering. Looks sloppy. It wont hold any fitted shape at all, even if I sewed tighter it in some places myself. It looks exactly like winter pajamas.The black and white dress with a zipper was totally different fabric, but it wasn't sewn straight or symmetrical, so the zipper wasn't in the middle of the back. It was way, way to loose. I used my sewing machine to make it fit me. The fabric is worth it if you can do your own alterations. I'm glad Amazon gives us the opportunity to buy really affordable clothes without paying extra for a name brand label, and those sellers are going to improve a lot if they want to compete for customers, so I'm leaving my honest review to hopefully get better quality in the future. You get what you pay for, but nobody should be ripped off, and that's how I felt. I'm going to try buying clothes from Nordstoms online next time, because there needs to be quality control for the consumer.

I am 132 lbs and sprung for a medium because I did not want a super tight-fitting dress clinging to every curve for church, but it turned out too big. I stitched 2 darts in the back and was able to wear it that Sabbath but it was also big by the boobs as well. I will be taking to a tailor adjust as well as to cut and install a zipper down the back because:1/ the neck is unforgivable! The hole is just as small as everyone claims to get your head thru but still too big to fit snugly around your neck (hence the 3 stars) and2/ the side zipper is pretty uselessYou have to put on your makeup AND fix your hair AFTER you've put on the dress and best believe you'll get makeup on the dress when you fight to take it off!The material is pretty nice and very good stitch work. No crap job just a failed design that a back zip would have sorted out. Also love the length.Didnt get anyone to take a full pic but you can see the looseness on the neck. Thankfully, my hair hid the rest.PS - the guy I'm dating loved the look of the dress on me and apparently "couldnt stop staring at me in it"

The dress is exactly like the picture. There is nothing to dislike about this dress. The dress fits your waist beautiful it has some stretch to it and If you have a big stomach and big breast I suggest you order a 3x if you weight 230-240. The dress is very beautiful to wear to Church are to the work place can be dressed up are dressed casual. I am '5 2" and the dress comes mid way on me. I ordered my dress in 3x because I stay bloated due to digestive and stomach issues and the dress conceals my bloated stomach. If you weight 233 and have no stomach issues I suggest you order a 2x. The dress is simply beautiful and the material of the dress is polyester with stretch. Buying this dress you will not be disappointed you will want them in all colors.

Nice fit. Now my dress is a little big, so I could’ve gone down 1 size. So some of what you see is the dress a little big, but it worked & I didn’t send back. My seamstress will bring in a few parts for the fit I’m looking for. But it’s a very cute & classy dress. I didn’t have to iron the dress which was a plus. I hung it up immediately when it came in the mail. The dress hides any belly or breast areas. It’s just a wonderful dress that you will look good in. You can wear to church as I did & or a job.

Nice simple work dress. High stretch to fabric which is light and comfortable. If buying again would go down a size (purchased X-Lg). Bit loose around waist/tummy but suitable for office. Normally wear 14/16 depending on fabric. Quite long in length-sits mid calf. Will be good with heels. Overall happy with purchase.

How do I put it on when sipper is sewn in. Second clothing that is unwearable from Amazon site. Throw in garbage I guess this one too. Thank you
