Nothing against the company, it arrived on time. and were kept informed. The three start is for that. The tool itself to remove vinyl off a shop window/door just didn't work. It may be because the vinyl had been on for over 7 years and needed more than a bit of plastic. Maybe something with a sharper edge. We are going to have to ask the people that put it on to remove it for us, obviously at a much greater cost. We thought we would be able to do it ourselves but this does not seem possible not with this tool anyway but as it was only 99p it was worth a try.
