I see a lot of people poo-pooing this product in the reviews because it's not as cold as ice. Well, whiskey isn't meant to be drank ice cold! This is meant for actual whiskey connoisseurs that want to TASTE the whiskey. It will definitely chill the whiskey down, but to about "cellar" temp. It'd also be ideal for wine that is at room temp and should be brought down to cellar temp.If you don't drink whiskey straight or you just want cold cocktails, this isn't for you.

These are presented well. Stones are nice looking, perfect size for an on-the-rocks glass and the storage bag is a plus factor. Nonetheless, these are poor at cooling a glass of bourbon. Using all nine stones, the effect on a "double on-the-rocks" was barely noticeable. However, what little effect there was in cooling was maintained for a reasonable amount of time. I should note the stones were in the freezer for three days before being used. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this particular product.

Good quality stones, that don't have any rough edges and keep your liquor nice and cold.

Cool but not cooling as much as regular ice.

I bought these as a present for my fiance, they aren't super cold, but it keeps his drink from getting watered down. Washing them was simple and the little storage bag is nice to keep them in.
