CondorBase II Zip Pullover

I'm giving this product 5 stars because it's well constructed, very soft, and warm. At least that's what my girlfriend tells me since it doesn't fit me. I run between a Large and XL shirt, so I ordered the XL seeing a lot of reviews saying it's tight fitting. Tight fitting is an understatement. These might as well be listed in children's sizes. I understand it's a base layer, but you have to order at least 2 sizes above normal just to get a shirt that doesn't make you look like you're Ralphie's little brother from a Christmas Story just attempting to put your arms down. Just be prepared to return it because chances are it won't fit you.

Okay so i'm not gonna lie; when I ordered this product I was a bit worried about how it would fit due to some reviews stating it was pretty small. Let me preface this review by saying i'm not a small man in fact i'm pretty big in shoulders and in gut. This product fit perfectly without any issues, now due to it being a base layer it fits close to the skin which is what it's supposed to do. If you are expecting this to fit like a t-shirt that's not going to happen however this is by no means too small. I normally wear an XL (can sometimes fit a large) but decided to buy an XXL just to be on the safe side. While i'm confident the XL would have fit the XXL gives me a good amount of wiggle room so i'm not uncomfortable. The material is warm but it's also oddly cooling because it's not super thick and it also wisks away moisture from the body. I actually wore this around outside and it's pretty darn hot out right now at 105 degrees, well this wasn't even uncomfortable so you could wear this outside in most temperatures and be okay. The issue with that is if you are buying this for cold weather I would use this solely as a base layer and add more layers on top of it. This probably won't keep you warm in 30 degree weather by itself. All in all I really love this product and would definitely buy it again. It's comfortable, it's practical, it looks nice, etc. My only real gripe is that since it is a bit on the thin side I wouldn't want to wear this alone in cold weather. I have to say that as a big man who is 6'0 and 280 pounds as well as having big shoulders, the XXL fit me perfectly so those saying its too small probably didn't order their true size but instead the size they wish they were. If you want to be safe order a size up but truth be told the size up is more for comfort than anything. Like i said an XL would've been fine but I like the extra wiggle room rather than feeling like i'm wearing a compression shirt. Anyhow I love the product and will definitely be ordering from Condor again. The shipping time was fantastic as well since I ordered on Thursday and it arrived Saturday at noon with regular shipping.

I'm a 5'9" woman with an athletic build ( 155-160lbs) and the overall length and width of the medium is great, just the arms are a little long. But feels like the waffle shirt we get issued in the field, which are lifesavers in the cold and snow!

Look- this is hands down, the best first layer shirt to your load out gear. It’s feels good against the skin, light weight, warm and the fabric has low shine (better when hunting). I like the price tag as well.

Very high quality and super soft. My only wish is that I could get it in an extra small and possibly even a short version. The small fits great but it is more like a pull over rather than a base layer. I have to bunch the waist slightly and pull up or roll the sleeves. Would still buy again, but would love more options for smaller individuals (I’m 5’3).

Bought one. Liked it a lot. Now I have three. You can easily regulate your warmth by opening the zipper more or less. The zipper goes to two inches below my sternum which enables you to release that extra warmth you don't need. If you start to get cold again you just zip it up as much as you need. That way you don't have to take of whatever your wearing on top of it. Works great while wearing a backpack that has a sternum strap. I like to use the thumb holes while putting a jacket/shell on over this so the sleeves don't slide up. Then I take my thumbs out of the holes. They're also handy to make sure you're fully covered when you're wearing gloves over them.

One of the best clothing purchases I've made. Was shopping around for hunting gear earlier this year, looked and Sitka, Kuiu, Under Armour, etc. Then I thought "Why in the freaking hell am I thinking of paying these astronomical prices??? I'm only going to use this stuff a few times a year". Once I came to my senses I decided to look around for more cost-efficient alternatives. I stumbled upon this piece while looking through tier google. Ordered the Tan colored one, then immediately ordered two more (black and olive). You cannot beat the price. The quality seems good enough (I've worn them out for hunting white tail in AZ - mesquite, thorny plants/busher, temp extremes, etc.) and they have faired well. They did not fall apart after the first few washes, so that was a plus. They make a great addition to your layering protocol. They are super small though, get at least a size bigger and don't wash/dry in hot temperatures.

I was looking for a light layered over-shirt. This would have been nice but the size ran small. I returned it. I did not try sizing up.

At first it seemed like poor quality and baggy. However it performs like a slim fit. The grid fleece works for me. I'm buying a second, but wish the quality and fit was better. I love the feel, look and the colour.

This rip-stop micro fleece is amazing in a layering system, incredibly warm and functional.Buyer beware that Condor clothing is one size small, for example I am 6’7 and 220lbs and normally buy an XL, for condor i buy a XXL and fits perfectly in the arms and shoulders.All in all fantastic buy.

日本人です身長170 体重60普段はユニクロSサイズ着用していますSサイズを購入しましたが、商品はやはりアメリカサイズで大きめです。そして袖が長い。多分、身長180 体重70〜80位の方がSサイズで丁度かピッタリ目だと思います。性能はポーラテックのパワーグリッド的な感じなのでコスパ高いです。ただマジックテープ等に引っかかってほつれたり、摩擦で毛玉が発生しやすいです。質感はまあまあですが、裏面の糸の末端処理は適当です。中華製によくある感じ。私は登山用に使ってますが、サバゲで使う場合、プレキャリやリグを装着すると摩擦で痛みやすいので注意した方が良いと思います。
